"Ohmigoddddd!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs when my eyes fell on a particular message on my e-mail.
"What happened?" my mom asked. "How did it happen?" my dad inquired. "Did something happen?" my brother chimed in.
They all asked in sequence as they came running and stopped at my doorstep.
I looked down at myself, and suddenly a small blush appeared on my face. Did I just scream?
"Did you see a cockroach?" my mom asked, while they all walked inside and stood near my bed.
I shook my head slightly to indicate that it wasn't that. "Then what happened?" my brother, sounding impatient, asked.
I slowly held my cell phone in front of them to show the reason behind my excitement.
"What is this?" my dad asked before taking it from my hand.
My heartbeat instantly rose when I realized that I hadn't turned my notifications off, and at any moment, Kyra could message me.
I watched my family read the email carefully, one by one.
"Nayab?" my mom asked in confusion.
"Yes! The Nayab, mom!"
"You mean THE OG NAYAB!" My brother got excited after I nodded in confirmation.
"The OG NAYAB wants you to work for them?" my brother commented, while waving my cell in the air.
"Idiot!" I snatched my cell back from his hand before reading out a line that said, "We at Nayab are really looking forward to work together; we're sure it's going to be so much fun."
I chose to read only those two sentences which clearly mentioned that they wanted me to work together rather than saying to work for them.
That's the thing I love about Nayab; the CEO is such a sweetheart. In one of her interviews, she clearly said, "We don't want any of our employees to feel as if they're left out. When we call them a team, that means we're a team."
Right now, in US ; Nayab is the best Indian fashion brand with a 4.8 rating and 2nd rank among the top 5. Amazing, right? And the more interesting thing is that Agni, the brand ranked 1st among the Top 5, Nayab is only ½ rating away from competing with Agni fully.
Once we all heard a rumor about an Agni × Nayab collaboration, but after 24 hours, the news was taken down from all sites.
I wonder why?
Though I have no interest in that, because for me, Nayab is always going to be my first priority. I couldn't be happier than them accepting my designs for their next big show.
