Synopsis: I heard, In the only friends novel Ray's dad used to hit him & his mom... I wish they had included THAT in the show. Like when Sand is mad at him in ep9 & Ray says "hit me if u hate me so much. If you don't talk to me then punch me"... that line is so deep when u know Ray's backstory.

Even when he says "scold me.", "I've no excuse" these sentences are seen differently when you know how he's never understood or heard instead got physical abuse whenever he did some mistakes when was just a child. This explains a lot about Ray's behavior when he is adult.

So I wanted to explore on this. I am no psychologist or psychiatrist so whatever I write is just from google search about this behavior. So if this is triggering please don't read! Ray tries to talk about things. Sand off course understands him and is worried for him. Basically I wrote this because I want Ray to heal.

The story continues from ep11 where Ray apologizes to Sand in restaurant/bar where his father plays an instrument.

After their apologizing and forgiving session, they both headed to Sand's apartment. Since Sand had rode his bike and Ray came in his car, they had to separately reach at Sand's apartment. Once parked, Sand waited for Ray to park his car and once he was done, he pulled him by his waist impatiently while walking towards his flat. Ray only smiled in retuned and let the later hold him. This felt nice and perfect. Still Ray had some guilt left in his mind. The way he had shouted at sand, pushed him, accused him, blamed him- everything was still fresh.

Ever since Ray's father told him that Sand was returning money and had pure intentions towards him and actually wants him to be alcohol free, left him culpable. Like he needed to redeem himself. They both were so impatient at this point that Sand's otherwise firm hand fumbled with the key while opening the door as Ray stared at him with eyes filled with desire. That made Sand loose his focus even more. No words spoken but they both were able to understand each other so well.

That's why as soon as Sand opened the door to his apartment, Ray attacked his lips while kicking the door shut. Sand spared no time while kissing him back hungrily. He missed him so much. There was a time while ago when he was thinking will he ever able to experience this again? Or Ray had left him forever? But the universe was kind enough to let him get what he loves the most. Ray. His Ray. A spoiled bratty prince from outside but who is so sensitive inside that Sand wants to take care of him for rest of his life.

But Sand's brain interfered with his heart's actions. He slightly pulled back while still caressing Ray's body. Ray looked at him with a question mark on his face. "Nick....Let me check if Nick is at home...." Sand spoke even though he was panting. Ray nodded while catching air for himself as well. Sand letted go of Ray and walked towards Nick's room. Ray followed him like a puppy. Sand knocked on the door and with no response he called Nick to make sure about his ware bouts. "Nick is out with Dan....he'll come late" Sand puts his mobile away as he pulls Ray closer again. "thats good" Ray replied as he looked at the kitchen rack. He spotted a ginger wine missing. The one which is favorite one of Sand out of all wines he makes. "what happened to ginger wine jar?" Ray asked fearing that he probably knew the answer. "I got rid of it"

"why?"

"I am thinking to stop making wines anyway. Just wait I'll get rid of all of the rest as well." After hearing, Ray suddenly realized he saw a broken glass pieces packed in trash bag outside the door when he entered earlier. Did Sand break it? Ray felt so bad just to think about it. "You did it because of me?" Ray asked in very low voice. "you were right Ray. I can't keep making wine while you are trying not to drink alcohol. I don't want you to struggle because of me" Sand's confession made Ray feel his heart heavy. He quickly crashed his lips once again on Sand's.
