The Chosen Ones

(THROWBACK)

Rin quickly denied and reassured her as she explained the whole situation, but...without mentioning some things, on purpose. Before she quickly stood up and walked away. Aurora just sat there puzzled, thinking what the hell did just happen?

(Present day)

Rin and Vicky, the 'mysterious' café girl, eventually grew closer. But still, Rin waited a bit more before she could offer Vicky to work in her agency. But at the same time, her time was limited, so she had to hurry. As they were talking, Rin suddenly spoke:

"Are you interested in modelling by any chance? Have you ever thought of being a model?"

Vicky raised an eyebrow as she was a bit confused by the sudden questions. But then she thought about it for a moment.

"I havent imagined myself as a model honestly. I mean..it looks pretty fun to do but i don't think that its for me."

Rin had a bit of hope, so she just went for it and asked straightforward.

"Would you like to try being a model under my agency? I need two models for one photoshoot, and you perfectly suit the theme. There are some models that have applied too, but we will see which one will fit the theme more."

"Are you serious? Me?" Vickys eyes widened for a moment as she thought about it again. 'Should I try?' she thought.
"I guess i might try. But i dont know how to tell my manager-" Vicky couldnt even finish her sentence before Rin immediately stood up with a big smile on her face. She grabbed Vicky by her arm and took her out of the café.

"Rin! Cant you hear me? I do-"

"Shut up! We will deal with that later."
Vicky just sighed and followed Rin but at the same time she couldnt help but let out a small chuckle seeing Rin's joy.

(At the Studio)

(VICKY POV)

There were already some other models here that applied for the photoshoot. I was getting my makeup done and honestly i was a bit nervous. There was this one girl..i dont know her but she was so damn bossy, i felt like if i just told her one "Hi" her big ass fish lips would fly at me and attack me! I sighed and once i was done getting my makeup and hair done, i went towards the dressing room, but on my way there i saw Kai and another girl talking. I found myself staring at that girl for a while, for some reason. She seemed so sweet and so pretty, not like that girl that i saw earlier. I was just about to actually head to the dressing room until Kai called to me, he was a bit surprised to see me but also happy.

"Vicky! Good luck!"

I looked over at him and i smiled before i also glanced at the girl next to him, she was smiling at me too. It made me so happy and made my confidence grow.
"Thank you." I gave him a small wave and one last glance at the girl before i ACTUALLY went to change. Once i did, i looked at myself in the mirror... I looked like a whole different person. But i also looked pretty. I quickly went out of the dressing room and headed to the studio. I took a deep breath and i was just looking as the other models that applied were taking turns, they were really pretty. Until one of the girls came up, oh it was the girl with the fish lips. She did whatever she wanted and didnt listen to the photographer.

"Are you deaf? You're supposed to put your arms over your head and lean to the left! What the hell are you doing!" Bleik, the photographer, commented as he facepalmed and sighed. The girl didnt listen and did whatever she knew.
Bleik cursed under his breath and took one photo of her and shooed her away from the set.

"Next!" He yelled.
And it was my turn. I was so nervous, but i tried to be as confident as possible. I stood up from my seat and walked to the set as i made sure to pose well and listen carefully so i wouldnt come out badly on the pictures and such stuff. But at the same time i didnt want to look like a try hard.
"Unlike some people. Thats good!" Bleik, the photographer, commented as he took the photos and glanced at me with a small smile. "Good!"
"Thank you." I said and walked away from the set once i was done.

Rin,Bleik and some staff members were now discussing who would fit the theme and also the best for a model in the future. Rin was looking carefully at the photos, as Bleik was talking about how they behaved and such stuff, which was also important.
In the end, two models were chosen, Kyle and Vicky. And once that was announced, of course, some of the other ones that applied, were happy for the chosen one, but some weren't. Especially there was a group of three people that were rude.

"They're ugly. How can they be chosen?" Daniel commented as he folded his arms and glared at Kyle,Vicky, Rin and and Bleik.
"That's what im saying. They were probably chosen because they behaved well or something. Just like in school, teacher's pets, except here it's the CEOs favourites or something." Ethan commented as well as he was packing his things.
"I did so much better than them and even you guys! Im so pissed off. That guy doesnt know how to take photos, why's he yelling at me? That rat, violeta or whatever her name is, she doesnt know how to pose, if it wasnt for the photographer she would have stood there like a statue. And that guy, i dont even know where did he come from? He just spawned out of nowhere! How did he get picked? I didnt even see him at the set!" Ratoyaz commented.

"We better make sure to destroy their career."

Daniel said as he sent one more glare at the others before the three of them walked away and went out of the studio.
