Could it be because I have always been quiet and reserved?

But human beings change with time.

There are moments when I wonder why you should change, why you should not just be yourself and not be afraid.

Even though life is not always simple and ideal, we should make an effort every day to become more courageous.

Dealing with Your Fears, easier said than done , it takes time

Even though nothing in life is easy or perfect, we still need to put in a lot of effort each day to grow in bravery.

At some point in our lives, we start to question our identity and ask God, "Why me?" Remember, though, that a lot of people suffer much more than we do.

With a composed expression, my aunt asked gently, "What are you thinking about?"

"There is nothing to worry about." There are a ton of orders for tomorrow, and we have to open the restaurant."In an attempt to sidestep the deeper questions that were bothering me, I said, "Thank God, we will have more work than usual, but it is a blessing."

Hearing their names or voices did not interest me.

You can tell me how you are feeling at any time. "I am always available to listen," she said politely.

"I am not in the mood to accept this invitation that we got. Uncle is aware of my reasons for refusing, so why is he insisting that everyone come?" I inquired as soon as my uncle disappeared. My uncle was watching sports while we talked, and we were both drinking coffee that I had made.

I hate, really, gaudy parties where rich men show off their money. Dilan, my only neighbor and best friend, has always supported me despite the times I have pushed her away. She can not stop talking about him because she thinks that people can be both trustworthy and dishonest. She knows my tale, but she still believes our ship will eventually set sail. At 24, she exudes confidence, vitality, and maturity. Sometimes it surprises me that she thinks so highly of me.

Putting thoughts aside...

Instead of participating in all the gossip, would it be okay if I brought my favorite book? Dilan's upbeat demeanor filled the room as she walked in. She gave me a big hug, but I saw that she blinked at my aunt. Remind me that they have not been planning anything behind my back.

My aunt insisted that Dilan "tell her." Though she is afraid, she has to face him and everyone who has hurt her. What if he is the son of our best friend? The fact that he left you was his loss. When she gave me a gentle forehead kiss, I grinned.

How come they do not see that it is harder than it seems?

"Do not worry, Auntie. Let me do that work. She will be ready tomorrow, Insha'Allah," Dilan assured her.

The only thing she did in response to my "traitor" look was shrug and smile.

"You understand that you are a traitor and very cunning?" As my aunt went to join her adored husband, I made a comment while we sat on the large brown sofa in my room.

"I do not mind being called a traitor if convincing you to attend the celebration qualifies me as such. Since the first time we met, I have been watching you. I want you to get out of whatever state you are in. Have faith in yourself. Prove to them that you are not the naive young lady they abandoned. You need to run your restaurant, defeat him, and come out on top. You are capable of achieving your full potential. When she said, "Lock your fears away and throw the key into the sea," I started crying. Even though I have only known her for a year, she has helped me get through both good and bad times. It is a true blessing to have a friend like her. I wiped away a tear I had not realized had fallen and gave her a firm kiss on the forehead . She is just a regular girl with the same goals as me. Neighbors are a blessing, unlike other friends.

"I plan to attend, but I will bring my best book. "I will not be in that room full of men, and I will dress simply," I told her, but she merely shook her head and laughed.

As we made our way downstairs, I grinned at the devoted couple who were cuddling rather than watching a movie. An idea came to me, and I looked at Dilan. She shook her head in a "no way" gesture, but I simply nodded. This will be enjoyable.
