3rd P.O.V
WITH A sigh of relief, William gently removed his arm from Jay's shoulder, his expression tinged with apology. "I apologise for dragging you into that, Jay," he admitted, an awkward grin playing on his lips. Jay, perceptive as ever, caught the regretful look in William's eyes and responded by flailing his hands frantically, shaking his head to assure him that there was no trace of anger."Are you sure? You're not mad, right?" William inquired, seeking further reassurance. Jay's head shook once again, a warm smile forming on his face. He was far from mad; he cherished the chance to be by William's side, regardless of the situation.
"Thank you, Jay," William expressed his gratitude, his smile transforming into a radiant beam of joy. Jay's cheeks flushed at the sight, momentarily overwhelmed by the intensity of William's smile. In an attempt to conceal his own blushing countenance, he quickly averted his gaze.
As they stepped into the bustling cafeteria, a wave of silence swept through the room. All eyes turned towards William, their gazes fixed upon him with a mixture of reverence, wonder, and infatuation. Wide-eyed and hearts pounding in their chests, the students couldn't tear their gaze away from his figure. Blushing cheeks resembled beetroots, and unabashed adoration was etched across their faces, as if they were beholding a magnificent work of art in a prestigious museum.
"Holy sh*t! I didn't know that THE William Kim attended this school!" exclaimed one student, barely managing to contain their astonishment.
"I can't believe that angels are real," whispered another, their voice filled with awe.
Completely captivated, a third student chimed in, "It must have taken a while for God to create someone like him."
Caught up in the fervor, yet another student dared to dream, "I think I might have a chance with him."
The immediate response was a dismissive remark, "That is exactly what a delusionist would say."
Among the sea of onlookers, the new student from William's class found themselves among those admiring him from afar. Though possessing their own fair share of physical attractiveness, they couldn't help but acknowledge the vast chasm that separated them from William's magnetic appeal. Comparisons were futile, William's ability to captivate and command attention was in a league of its own.
Engrossed in his conversation with Jay, William's gaze suddenly shifted, landing on his new classmate from earlier. A realization struck him like a bolt of lightning – he had forgotten to ask the young man's name. Determined to correct his oversight, William turned to Jay.
"Jay, you can choose any seat you'd like. I'll be right back," he declared, his voice remaining calm and collected. With those words, he walked over to the intriguing individual, eager to make amends for his earlier lapse in social etiquette.
"Hi, it's nice to meet you," William greeted, his tone warm and genuine. "I forgot to ask your name earlier. My name is William Kim, by the way." As he extended his hand, the other students accepted the gesture, their hands intertwining with William's smooth and pale hands.
