StormReign and the Autobots found themselves in the bowels of the earth in this cave system, StormReign looked at the large blue crystals of energon. "if we only had some energon mining tools..." Mirage whispered.
"Silence Mirage." StormReign said quietly.
Mirage kept his mouth shut after that as the Autobots sneaked through the caving system, killing any Veicons they came across silently, they soon came into a larger opening where many miner class Veicons were extracting energon crystals, some warrior class Veicons were at guard.
"I count forty miner class and ten warrior class." Arcee whispered to StormReign.
"I see Thundercracker and Cliffjumper, they're both hanging off of the cliff there!" Skywarp whispered.
StormReign pulled out his bow and arrow, and started to take aim at the highest Veicon in the cave. "StormReign wait, that's a miner class~" Chromia whispered but StormReign already let the shot out and the arrow flew out silently and went straight through the Veicon's helmet and into the energon crystal the Veicon was cutting, but the Veicon's cutting tool lingered on one point of the crystal, igniting it and making an explosion.
"Ah Scrap." Arcee said as she pulled her blasters out and the Autobots began opening fire on the Warrior class Veicons, Skywarp transformed and flew up to where Thundercracker and Cliffjumper were. "Be Careful Skywarp!" Arcee shouted up as she provided covering fire for him.
Skywarp landed on the cliff as two miner Veicon class charged at him, Skywarp then deployed his own personal spear.

Skywarp sliced through the Veicons as he then returned his focus onto Thundercracker and Cliffjumper. "Thundercracker, Cliff! it's okay guys, I..... got.... you?" Skywarp said as he started lifting the two Cybertronians, but he stopped as he heard their feral growling and saw their monstrous forms.
"g....guys?" Skywarp asked in a scared tone, but before anything else could happen Thundercraker and Cliffjumper both pounced on Skywarp, trying to bite and claw at his body as he struggled against them.
"Skywarp, are you okay?" Ironhide radioed in as he saw Skywarp on the cliff.
"SOMEONE HELP THEY'RE TRYING TO EAT ME!" Skywarp screamed, Arcee and StormReign both heard Skywarp's screams, Arcee transformed and sped up the railing of the cliff to get to Skywarp.
"Hold on Skywarp!" Arcee said.
StormReign's arrows flew through Thundercracker and Cliffjumper's heads, killing them, the purple blood in their head's splattered onto Skywarp's face as Arcee came to his side, for a moment, Thundercracker either on a last ditch energy of the dark energon in his systems or if he was finally back in control of his body looked at Skywarp one last time, before his optics went black, finally dying once again.
"Th....Thunder?" Skywarp said as tears welled up in his optics as Arcee pulled Thundercracker and Cliffjumper off of him and picked him up. "Skywarp, he's gone... I'm sorry, but he's gone." she said as she hugged Skywarp.
