My head pounded and my body hurt. I slowly opened my eyes and looked around. The grass was a strange color, it was still blurry. I sat up to see a winged creature fly Infront of me. "Guys! He's awake! Vexius is awake!" The creature said, I could see two other people walk up,my vision was still blurry so I couldn't make out what they looked like. "Finally, I thought he was in a coma or something." I heard a voice say. I rubbed my eyes and everything went into focus. The winged creature had brown hair, blue eyes and fairy wings. "What's up with you? Hmmm?" A boy with a big grin on his face, blonde hair, freckles, and dark red eyes said, leaning down, only inches from my face. "And..Who.. are you, exactly..?" I said backing up from the boy. He raised an eyebrow and giggled mischievously, standing up straight. "I'm Xiaomi obviously, you know me." He said putting his hands on his hip. I stood up, my legs felt like jelly. "Yeah I don't know you, or her, or..whoever that is." I said looking at the other boy with black hair, menacing purple eyes and a nice body structure. He glared at me. "Don't play games with me, Vex." The other boy said, walking towards me and grabbed my shirt, lifting me off the ground. "You know who we are." I started to panic. The pixie floated Infront of him. "Let go of vex, Disven!" The boy—known as...Disven..?— scowled but dropped me aggressively and crossed his arms. "What do you guys want with me?" I said panicked. "We don't know why your acting like this vex, but your our teammate, remember?" Colin said, I was confused. "Teammate? Wait what?" I said, "teammates for what?" I said, brushing my hair back. "Teammates for the mission, silly" Xiaomi said, "because of the war between the Perlia kingdom and Delion kingdom. Hehe, your part of this mission to get the princess back." I blinked, confused, but they might know the way back to my house in New York. I can just lie and tag along. "Oh yeah, I remember! Princess..uhhh.." Disven crossed his arms, "Princess Thelia?" He said glaring at me. "Oh yeah, princess Thelia." I chuckled nervously. Disven glared at me, "I don't trust-" Colin cut him off "Finally you've set your mind straight! C'mon!" They started walking and I followed, Disven gave me a mean stare. "I think I'll have to gain his trust before the others.." I thought to myself as I walked towards this mysterious world with people I pretended to know.
