A/N: Hi yall! I'm Apollo:) I'm writing a Catradora fanfic right now, so if you like that ship go check it out! My old account is 151919L, so if you want to check out some of my older and more popular books they're all over there. I know Larry is kind of an old and controversial ship, and no one really gives a shit about it anymore, but I'm dying for some inspiration and my Catradora book is super stagnant right now so I had to go back to my roots. I hope you like this book, it's kind of a unique idea that I've never seen before so I don't even know if it'll turn out any good. Anyway, happy reading :) *None of the scenes are going to be like real-life shows they've done, but pretend this is the Take Me Home tour, so like 2012-2013*
Harry's POV:
The crowd in front of me was buzzing with excitement as the first notes of our opening song started. We were in San Diego tonight and the energy was crazy. We've been in California like twice now, and it's always so hype. I glanced over at Louis and Zayn, who were positioned at the opposite end of the stage from me. It was my cue to start, so I stepped up, raising the mic to my mouth. "Baby you got me sick, I don't know what I did..." I sang out, lights and fog surrounding me. I glanced back at Louis, watching him move around the stage with incredible ease. "Got your voice in my head, saying let's just be friends," I started, shifting my attention back to the audience. When my part was over, Zayn started, his rich and smooth voice filled the stadium.
The show went on as usual, Louis and I eventually found each other on the stage and horse around as Liam teased Louis, and Niall and Zayn tried to stay out of our shenanigans. At one point, Louis and Liam were throwing water at each other as Niall sang, and he accidentally got splashed and squealed mid-song, then tried to get out of shooting range. I came up behind Louis and poured half of my water bottle on his head, which left him running after me as I danced around the stage. It was fun and the crowd was loving every second. I looked out to the crowd and was shocked by how many people were there, how many signs with our names on them, and how many different flags of different countries and different sexualities. The fans were so alive tonight. No matter how many times I saw it, I could never believe it was real. Just a couple of years ago I was a total nobody at my school singing songs nobody ever cared about or heard, and now here I am.
I shook the feeling off as the opening chords of Little Things started. We all got into formation as we practiced, sitting on these blocks super close together. Louis in front, Zayn and Liam on the left, and Niall and me on the right. Zayn started, and the crowd went silent. Every time we did this song the cheering stopped and the dancing stilled and the crowd just listened and sang and even cried. By the time it got to the second verse, Louis turned and faced me. It was our running joke the sing to each other on this song, which we kind of got shit for from management, but never stopped. "And all those conversations are the secrets that I keep..." he sang, exaggerating his facial expressions as he reached out to touch my knee. I laughed under my breath before bringing the mic to my lips, "I know you never loved the sound of your voice on tape..." I sang, looking down at Louis, "I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth," I continued, getting serious as I looked down into his eyes. I knew we'd laugh about this later as Paul the tour manager yelled at us for going off script. "But it's true, it's Lou," I sang, changing the words. The rest of the guys laughed, even some of the fans did.
"Alrighty boys! California today, Paris tomorrow!" Niall shouted as we headed backstage and down the halls to our dressing rooms. Paul was waiting for us, along with Louise, our stylist. "Great job everyone! Let's get packed up and we'll do a debrief on the way to the airport!" Paul yelled. Everyone groaned. "What the hell dude, we're getting straight on the plane?" Louis complained, slumping down on the velvet couch pushed against one of the walls. "Yeah, what gives? I thought we were in a hotel tonight," Liam added, with a more reasonable tone. Paul sighed and ran his hand through his hair, "yeah well, you've got a meeting in Seattle with a choreographer, it was last minute but we have to get there by the morning," he explained with a shrug. I sat back onto Louis's lap, suddenly too exhausted to think. The rest of the boys slumped over each other on the couch next to us. "Well, can I get something to eat before or..." Niall called out as Paul headed towards the door. He gave him a thumbs-up and left the room. Niall, looking satisfied sat down on the couch next to us.
