This was what Madness Steve created to partially escape the Madness Dimension. No being with any form of omnipotence or above can attack his False Form, or it'd establish the connection between the Madness Dimension and everything else. It isn't Madness Steve himself, it's just something he controls from the Madness Dimension. It has ten stages of power. Once his False Form reaches Stage 10, it will establish the connection that'll let Madness Steve escape. The False Form grows in power by using it's abilities or resting. The growth can also be enhanced by the sword his False Form uses.
His False Form can travel to any reality or dimension across fiction and even real life, and has all abilities, hax etc that are expected of on the Stage it is on (any ability you can think of that is suitable for said Stage, the False Form has has). He can also use it to shoot higher dimensional beams and raise higher dimensional shields. This gives his False Form the edge over everything that is on the same or on a lower dimensional plane. It is able to see anywhere that is dark, or on any dark material, just anything that's dark. The overall power though depends on the dimensional plane his False Form is at:
- Universal and high complex universal -
Stage 1 - 4th to 6th dimensional.
Stage 2 - 7th to 10th dimensional.
- Multiversal to hyperversal -
Stage 3 - 11th to 18th dimensional.
Stage 4 - 19th to 30th dimensional.
Stage 5 - 31st to 72nd dimensional.
Stage 6 - 73rd to 212th dimensional.
Stage 7 - 213th to 1,230th dimensional.
- High complex hyperversal to high complex omniversal -
Stage 8 - 1,239th to infinite dimensional.
- Outerversal and high complex outerversal -
Stage 9 - No dimensional limits and no longer linearly reliant on time.
- The last stage -
Stage 10 - The False Form has omnipotence and omnipresence. This will open the connection and Madness Steve leaves the Madness Dimension completely.

Also, the power the False Form can also be between Stages (can be between 5-6 or 8-9 for example). The False Form is able to continuously grow more and more power, due to Madness from the Madness Dimension fueling the False Form, and the False Form being able to absorb things.
Power between Stages 9-10 can't really be measured. Stage 10 would either be at the highest tier or break said system. That would depend on the tiering system you use.
