Friendship

“Sweetheart, it's time for a story!”
Megan said.
“Mommy, could you tell me how you
and auntie Ashlyn met?”
“Sure!” Ashlyn said. Ashlyn tells the
story… Once upon a time there were
two kids in kindergarten Ashlyn and
Megan and many more of course.
They met 3 days after Ashlyn started,
she was a bit late getting to
kindergarten. “Hi! What’s your name?”
Megan asked.
“Ashlyn” Ashlyn whispered.
“What was that?”
“ASHLYN” Ashlyn stouted. “Oops
sorry”
Megan giggles “It's alright, want to be
friends?”
“Sure” Ashlyn smiles.
In middle school, Ashlyn was getting
picked on so Megan stood in. “Your
hair is weird. Your eyes are the wrong
color!” The bullies say. “You're
adopted!” That one made Ashlyn cry.
“STOP THAT” Magen said.
“What are you going to do about it?”
The main bully said.
“Um I…I…I”
“Ha she can’t even talk! She’s got
nothing!”
“GET OUT OF HERE STEVE” Ashlyn
yelled.
“What are you going to do about it?”
Steve the head bully said.
“I…I…I”
“Ha-” Steve got cut off by Ashlyn
punching him. “AWWWWW” Steve ran
off crying.
“You…You…You, HURT HIM!” the
other bullies said. Ashlyn raises her fist. The rest of the bullies ran away.
“Are you ok Megan?” Ashlyn asked.
“Yeah, thanks.”
“Let's go home.” They go to their
homes. And nothing really happened
since then until high school, the
dream, then the candy, and then the
horror, then nothing else.

“That's a boring story guys.” I said.
“I'm sorry sweetheart but that's what
happened.” Mommy said.
"Maybe, when you have something interesting happen to you in the future you can jot it down, unless you can remember it, then tell us?" Auntie Ashlyn asked.
