Minho sat in the tub, holding back his tears, after overhearing the elders words, and feeling the elders pain through their bond. Minho then hissed and flinched, cursing under his breath, as he gripped the side of the tub. Hongjoong came in to check on the omega, immediately getting worried when seeing the omegas pained look. "Tell me, where are you hurting?" Minho gasped, "Contraction, I'm having contractions."

Hongjoong cursed under his breath, checking between the omegas legs, spotting a little head crowning. "Seonghwa! I need your help please!" The said omega came tumbling into the bathroom, eyeing the young omega in the bathtub, "What's the matter?! Is Minho alright?!" He squeaked out, Hongjoong then cut the cord to the first born pup in the omegas arms, grabbing a near by towel and gently picked up the new born from their mother's chest. "Hold him for me please Hwa, Minho is having twins," The alpha explained. Seonghwa's eyes widened, as he took the wailing newborn from the alphas arms, he hushed and bounced the pup. While Minho flipped back onto his hands and knees, loudly crying in pain as he pushed.

Hongjoong kept his eyes on the little head emerging from the omega, "This bringing me some Deja vu," He mumbled. Seonghwa snickered lightly, "You're telling me, but we didn't think it would pass down, it usually skips a generation."

Minho gasped and panted, eyeing the two with confused teary eyes, "What are you t-talking about?!" Seonghwa gave him an awkward smile, "Twins run in my family, but it usually skips a generation. Hyunjin is a twin, but they're not identical." Minhos eyes widened, he cursed, loudly groaning and bearing down, his hands knuckle white from gripping the rim of the tub. He gasped when feeling the head of his surprise pup pop out of him, along with some more fluid. He cried when another contraction came within seconds, he screamed, as he pushed, luckily that one strong push was all he needed. The second pup slipped right out of him, his body went lax, as he panted heavily, two loud, high pitched cries now filled the bathroom. Minho was handed his second born, he tiredly glanced down at his pup, "Another boy," He mumbled. He sniffled, his throat sore from screaming so much, but that didn't seem to be his priority at the moment. "W-Why didn't Hyunjin tell me?" He questioned in a tired and scratchy tone. Hongjoong sighed, clearing his throat, glancing at Seonghwa with a sad gaze. "Because of Seonghwa's wife, who is also somehow my sister, her names Vivian by the way. She doesn't like anyone calling her by her first name for some reason. But she only wanted the alpha pup. She wanted the other one dead, but of course neither Seonghwa or I wanted such a thing. So I took custody over our second born, he's an omega and is aware of Seonghwa and having a brother. But Vivian made sure to never mention to Hyunjin about having a twin. Similar to forcing Seonghwa to hide that he is an omega, including limiting Seonghwa from being able to see our omega son." He softly explained. Minho frowned, glancing as his son, bringing the newborn up close to sniff, his eyes widened. "He smells like me," He gasped out in awe, he held his pup close, nuzzling his son. "My babies, mama will protect you," He spoke in a gentle, yet firm tone.

A few days passed, Minho and the twins stayed in the hospital for the time being. The omega getting much needed rest, while Hongjoong made the biggest decision he decided to make, something he's been thinking about doing for years.

"You want to what?!" Seonghwa squeaked out in shock, he shot up from the couch of his large house. He was wondering why Hongjoong came over while his wife was gone.
