After the last lingering traces of the Sun vanished from the sky of Virtine, surrendering his spot to his sister- the splendid Selene, who ran her dazzling, ivory chariot with unconquerable efficiency, dispersing brilliant gleam in the void of night from her crescent crown, and captured the world in a stance, all at once.

Taehyung watched her with honest fascination, invisible to mortal eyes, standing still in the sky of the city; with his golden hair and golden quiver, under the grace of the beautiful goddess, the young god shone like a sparkling diamond himself.

Dusk had died into the night long ago, citizens who had a home had taken their refuge in them, and who didn't, had made this whole earth their home.

Vague laughter and quarrels of people scattered on the roads like trinkets, muffled through the walls of their houses. Breeze that blew there was gentle, smooth, as if understanding the memento of the spring night.

O dear readers, tell me, wasn't it the best time for two destined lovers to see each other for the first time?

Taehyung dived down from the clouds, getting lower, closer to the inexpensive, dusty skin of Gaia, but never touching. The open windows, the groves, and the wind that carried it all delighted themselves with the heavenly musk of his body- the source of the unreasonable, intoxicating fragrance which in throes of passion, as the poets' panegyric creations suggest, a lover would find in their beloved.

Different on every inebriated tongue, yet an essence universally same.

Locating the charming, high peaks of the royal palace, the immortal youth's wings dashed towards it; the innocent, asleep doves in their nests, sensing their master's darling son's presence so close, immediately left their branches to greet him, causing an illusion of morning with their eager chirping.

Those flowers who only bloom at night, whose treasure pleased one's olfaction better than their eyes, comparing themselves to this flower-like boy; whose body had been nourished by the copious, sweet nectar from the body of Aphrodite right after being born, and by ambrosia after leaving his father's affectionate chest with tiny, wobbly feet and adorably unsteady wings; wilted in shame.

If he affected nature with such intensity with his appearance alone, what would happen to the body of the human soon-to-be wounded by this divine being?

The vigilant guards at the magnificent royal entrance stood tall, ever alert of any danger coming close- but alas! They only knew how to defeat a nuisance born on earth, not an unseen, divine trespasser.

Taehyung slipped into the royal garden with ease, flying over the mighty knights' heads without them knowing, the sweet smell filling around dismissed as wildflowers from the garden by the näive humans.

The god chuckled to himself. Humans, such gullible creatures.

Before him, laid the grand palace of Virtine, the residence of its royalty, the roof which was sheltering his target.

Jimin; but where was he exactly in this structure of wood and stone? In which room, in which wing, resting in which bed?

Taehyung tched.

A sword would cut through a body in a single strike, slashing it in two pieces painlessly. But a needle, sharp and sly, if entered into flesh; would stay, rotting the alive tissues until it got infected by maggots, inflicting limitless anguish on its bearer.

And what was desire, a synonym to Taehyung's name, if not such a needle?

So that mischievous youth, after making up his mind, with his malicious intention, set his foot into the palace, just as sly as a needle.
