It was a peaceful day in Tofoten. The birds were chirping cheerfully, their melodies blending with the gentle breeze, and the town itself was quiet, serene, and perfectly relaxing. But in one house, nestled near the edge of the town, it was the complete opposite: they were hurriedly packing up and moving out... to Trolberg. "Where is it... ah, there! Leif, I found it!" said the 13-year-old Owen, his voice echoing through the now half-empty room. His parents had mysteriously disappeared when he was just 10 years old, so for the last three years, he had been raised by his aunt and uncle, Ingrid and Leif. "Do we have everything packed?" Ingrid asked, her eyes scanning the room one last time for any forgotten items, addressing both Leif and Owen. "Think so," Leif replied with a nod, checking over the bags. "Yeah, probably," added Owen, his voice lacking any real certainty. "Okay, then let's get to the train station before it leaves. We're already a bit late, so we really need to hurry! The moving truck should be on its way soon, and it'll bring all our furniture to the new apartment in Trolberg," Ingrid said, picking up the pace. They rushed out the door, bags in hand, making their way to the station.

Luckily, after a rushed and breathless journey, they made it to the train station safely and just in time. As soon as they stepped onto the platform, the announcement came: "This train departs from Tofoten and terminates in Vinterdal. Next stop, Trolberg." The words echoed through the station, and with a sigh of relief, they boarded the train.

During the ride to Trolberg, a familiar blue-haired girl met up with her two best friends, her steps light and filled with excitement. "It's been... quite a week, hasn't it?" she said, her voice holding both excitement and exhaustion. "Fairies, fairies... fairies... fairies!" "Yeah, it's kind of crazy realizing who you are now," David replied, his tone a mix of awe and disbelief. "Anyway... what are we going to do today?" Hilda, Frida, and David all exchanged curious glances. "How about we just hang out?" David suggested after a moment. "Not every day has to be wild like usual. Let's just stay calm today and talk. We're teenagers now, that's what teenagers do," he added with a small shrug. Hilda wasn't too fond of the idea at first, since she loved chaos, adventure, and excitement—relaxing seemed almost foreign to her—but after everything she'd been through recently, maybe one calm day wouldn't be the worst idea. "Fine... just for today," she conceded.

Back to our main character, Owen. They arrived in Trolberg about 15 minutes later, stepping off the train onto the bustling platform. "And... we're here!" Leif announced. Owen looked around the town, his eyes darting from the towering buildings to the bustling streets. "That's a lot of noise. Kind of... uncomfortable," he muttered under his breath, not used to the constant city hum. "C'mon, Owen," said Leif, gently nudging him. "It's just noise. It's not as bad as gno—" "GNOMES?!" Owen interrupted, his voice trembling as he cut off his uncle mid-sentence. Owen had been terrified of gnomes for as long as he could remember, though Leif and Ingrid still couldn't figure out why. "Let's just head to our new apartment," said Ingrid, quickly steering the conversation away from the topic. They made their way to the nearby bus stop, situated right near the train station, and Owen, always curious, asked, "Quick question: what does our apartment look like?" He hadn't seen it yet, and his imagination was already running wild. Ingrid described the building in great detail, having visited it a few weeks earlier to inspect it: "The upper floor is painted a soft blue, the lower floor is a deep brown, and it has a brown roof with a matching blue chimney that almost disappears into the sky." When the small family finally arrived at the building, they went inside and up to their new apartment. It was a cozy, well-sized three-room apartment with a bathroom, a living room, and a small but functional kitchen. Owen immediately felt comfortable there, the warmth of the space settling over him like a soft blanket. The moving truck arrived just a few minutes later, so they quickly got to work setting up the furniture. After a few hours of hard work, most of the unpacking was done, and they decided it was time to take a break and explore the city.

"Before we go out, I need to put on my beanie. You know why," said Owen, pausing at the door. "We know, Owen. We know," Leif replied with a knowing look. They left the apartment and began their exploration of Trolberg. As they wandered through the bustling streets, taking in the new sights and sounds, they stumbled upon a colorful poster for a Sparrow Scouts camp. "Hmm, that looks interesting," Owen thought, pausing to take a closer look. He pulled the poster down and folded it carefully, deciding to think more about it later. Back at Hilda's apartment, the trio of friends were just chilling as they had planned, lounging around and talking, feeling the rare calmness of the day settle in. (Place Image here)

In the evening, Owen showed Ingrid and Leif the poster he'd picked up earlier. They both agreed it would be a great opportunity for him, so they decided to sign him up for the camp right away. Ingrid picked up the phone and dialed the number on the poster. "Hello, Sparrow Scouts here," came the voice on the other end of the line. "Hello, my name is Ingrid. I'd like to sign my son Owen up for the Sparrow Scouts camp. Is that possible?" she asked, her tone polite but firm. "Sure," the person answered, their voice chipper. "He can join starting tomorrow. Does that work for you?" "That should be fine!" Ingrid confirmed with a smile. After discussing a few more details, they ended the call. Owen felt a rush of excitement; tomorrow, he would officially be a Sparrow Scout. It felt like it would be the best day of his life.

The Next Day

It was time. Owen was already dressed for the scouts, eagerly waiting to head out. He decided not to wear his beanie today, wanting to feel free and open. He hopped on his bike, knowing he would get his uniform once he arrived at the camp. After a short ride, he reached the building and stepped inside. "Hello there, I'm Owen," he said with a slight smile to the Sparrow Scouts leader. "Ah, welcome, Owen!" the leader greeted him warmly. "Hmm... you kind of remind me of someone." "What are you talking ab—?" Owen started, but the leader waved it off. "Doesn't matter, maybe it's just a coincidence!" they said with a chuckle. "Anyway, when someone new joins the scouts, they introduce themselves, and then we celebrate with a bit of dodgeball!" they added, their enthusiasm palpable. "But there's no such thing as coincidences..." Owen muttered under his breath. "Anyway, sounds good. I'll just go change real quick."

While Owen was in the restroom changing into his uniform, Frida and David were waiting for Hilda at the usual spot. "Where's Hilda? She's probably just late. But I'm still a bit worried," said Frida, her voice tinged with concern. "Come on, Frida," David said with a laugh. "Not everyone wakes up at 6 a.m. like you and other crazy people," he teased. "So guys," interrupted the leader, "there's a new member joining the scouts today! His name is Owen, and he should be here any minute."

Owen burst out of the bathroom and everyone already noticed his... blue hair? Right before he could explain anything. Hilda burst into the room: "sorry! i was to late... whats going on here?" Both we're confused. "I thought this shit was finally over!" rambled Hilda.
