I quickly managed to make my potion, and it was perfect. Snape came over and surprisingly looked pleased.
Which is very difficult, making Snape pleased.
"Yn, how you holding up?" Pansy asked as she came over to me a few minutes later.
"Oh yeah, fine, perfect why?" I said as I turned around, quickly getting nervous.
"Well you weren't at breakfast, and you don't look the happiest... atleast you didn't" she said as she saw the slight smile on my face.
"Well I mean yeah, I feel better now, he's just a boy" I said, brushing whatever conversation that could have happened off.
He wasn't just a boy though, he was my boy.
He is my boy.
"Well, alright. If you say so- anyway wanna hang out tonight? The whole group of course and it can just be like normal" Pansy said as she looked over to the boys who were all mucking about with their potions and wacking eachother with their books.
What about Cedric? Who do I choose?
He could easily hang out with Cho tonight and do whatever he wants with her so why does he want me? Either way, he wants me.
"I'll have too see, I might be studying but probably will for a few hours" I said as she smiled.
"You better come, I won't go without you I need a girl now. It's like- ever since you've been in this friend group I can't be anywhere without you" she said, as she looked into space and grinned.
"Awww I'm blushing" I laughed sarcastically as she playfully hit me.
-time skip, end of the day-
I was heading towards my dorm when a hand pulled me back.
"Well?" Cedric said as he raised an eyebrow. "Itll just be us in my dorm, peace" he said as I giggled at the way he said peace.
"Well, okay. But only for a bit" I said as I couldn't help but smile and sneakily go up the boys dorm hallways up to his.
He shut the door behind us and a new scent hit me very fast. It wasn't my perfume- it was chos.
I tried to brush off that thought as I sat on his bed and brought out my phone.
I scrolled on instagram, and Chos profile came up on 'people you may know' so I decided to check it out.
Thankfully she had a public account so I was able to check her story, but I regretted it.

As if nobody could tell who that was. That was his jacket he wore every single fucking time me and him went out.
How the actual fuck did he move on so fast? I was done. Fuck him and fuck this.
I stood up off his bed and grabbed my bag.
"Hey where are you off too?" He asked as I was about to open the door.
"Fuck you cedric, fuck you. Why did I even bother coming up here? I hate you" I said as I held the photo of him and Cho in his face.
"That's a lie, you love me. And that's also why you came up here, you love me. You can't deny it yn" He said calmly as he took my phone to look closer at the photo.
"That's the sad part, the sad part is I love you. Don't come back into my life, because I know I will go straight back to you!! So don't you dare betray me like that and then come crawling back when you want to have a snog!" I shouted as I snatched my phone out of his hands and slammed the door shut behind me.
I didn't turn around, but I felt his eyes on me for as long as he could, before I turned the corner and was out of his sight. This time it was for good.
I got back to my dorm and texted Pansy.

Favouritesnake😜 I'm coming over and your telling me what might of happened to cause you to not want to come see ME.
Just a few moments later I heard knocking on my dorm, I wonder who that is.
I hopped out of bed and opened the door, Pansy and Lorenzo stood with snacks.
"Come on, what's the matter" Lorenzo said as him and Pansy walked in, taking me opening the door as an invite.
"Nothings wrong, just didn't want to go anywhere today" I said as we all sat on my bed.
"Yn, tell us" Pansy said sternly as she looked at me with her evil stare, she was not joking around.
"Fine, it's just Cedric" I said as I let out a sigh.
"It's not just that me and him broke up, more happened today. When I went to get my potions book from his dorm he kissed me and after last class I went to his dorm" I said as I avoided eye contact with them at all cost.
"Yn, please tell me you're joking" Pansy disappointedly said as I shook my head.
"I'm not, he told me he loved me and so did I. But then I decided to leave after a bit because of how fucking fast he's moved on! Can you not see? He kissed Cho last night and she posted it! I know they've done more than kiss but how does he not feel sad? At all? I hate him and I love him and I hate the fact I love him!" I said, putting my face in the palms of my hands as I let out a long sigh of relief, finally getting that off my chest.
"I know yn, I know. But the best thing for you is to prove to him you don't need him- next time he asks, say no. Even if you want to say no and tell him you've got plans with somebody else" Pansy said as she gently hugged me.
"Plans with who? You?" I asked as I looked up at Pansy.
"With Lorenzo you dafty, all the rumours of you two having a thing already made Cedric mad, imagine how mad he would be if he found out you guys were having alone time" Pansy said, winking.
"Fine by me" Lorenzo said as he leaned back on the headboard.
"Good plan" I said, laughing.
"Anyway, let's have fun now" Pansy said as she picked up a pillow and belted it at Lorenzo.
I laughed at the shocked look on Lorenzos face as I picked up another pillow and chucked at him aswell.
"Oi two against one? Not fair!!" He said as he grabbed two pillow and chucked them, missing both of us.
