She heard the birds chirping & the sunlight beamed onto her face through the bedroom curtains, as she groaned in frustration & she threw the blanket over her head
Marinette: God, damn it, I wish I didn't have to wake up. I still wanna rest..
She rolled over to the left side of the bed, snuggling into her pillow
Just then, her phone ring tone went off loudly & she groaned
Marinette: God, damn it, shut up!
She covered her ears with her pillow, until she heard her phone ringing again
Marinette: Argh!
She sat up in bed & stretched her arms, grabbing her phone from the dresser & she answered the call, placing the phone to her ear
Marinette: Hello?
Veronique: Marinette?
Marinette: Oh, uh.. Veronique?
Veronique: Good morning. I apologize if I'm interrupting your morning.
Marinette: No, you're not. I was just waking up, that's all.
She yawned a bit, rubbing her eyes
Veronique: If you want to cancel our session today, we can always reschedule it for next week.
Marinette: No, it's fine. We can still do it today.
Veronique: Okay. So, I'll see you here in a few minutes?
Marinette: Sure, I'll be on my way.
Veronique: Okay.
She hung up the phone & Marinette groaned, running her fingers through her hair, as she pulled the covers off of her & climbed out of bed
