What you are gonna read are my experience at the summer school I had to live in for a while 3 months. I don't ever want to look back at my mistake for looking around in the attic even though I wasn't supposed to. My name is Ellis. My hair is brown and my eyes are a deep evergreen green. I know that probably didn't make sense.
One night my parents were arguing about where to put some boxes. We just moved to a nice house. They suggested their closet but my father didn't like the idea. My father got so upset that he wanted to burn those boxes, so he tried but mother was home and ask me where father was and I told her he burning some boxes. My mother freaked out and went to backyard and push the boxes away and started to tell at him. My mother grabbed the boxes and put them into the attic. She went to me and told me I should never go up there. My father and mother never argue again.
One night on a cold August night. I couldn't sleep because of the boxes. What is in the boxes that I can't see? Why was mother and father holding me back to see what was in the boxes? They never told my uncle and aunts about the boxes, in fact they never told anyone about the boxes. I try to bring it up at dinner and my father told me that it's something that would change my life and I should not look in there. What is it? My parents room Is right in front of the attic hinge. Is it a bomb? No father is not a bad guy in fact t he a very charitable man. My mother can be sometime in a twist but other than that she is perfect.
What in the boxes? I need to know. So I got up from my bed and walk out. I looked up at the hinge of the attic. I put my arm in the air to see if I can reach. I managed to touch the hinge but I tried to think what to do to keep the hinge from the attic quite. The ladder of the attic would always fall quickly banging on the floor. So I went into my room and grabbed my pillow and put them over the marks where the ladder caused. I grabbed my flashlight and put it in my pocket. I reached up for the hinge.
I grabbed the hinge and pulled down. No noise was made thanks to the pillows. I put my foot on the ladder and I went up. When I got to the top I grabbed my flashlight from my pocket and flick it on. I pointed my flashlight to find the boxes. I looked and I found the boxes. I get up but then I thought I heard a noise. But I continued on and I was at the boxes. I get on my knees in front of the boxes. This fantastic I finally gonna look In the boxes without mother and father punishing me to see the boxes. Maybe it's a dress for my 16 birthday party and they wanted to surprise me about it. No, because why would father want to burn it. Maybe it's paper saying I'm adopted! I had to look!
I get my self prepared. I took a deep breath and I opened the box. What I saw was magical. I saw a book for a school. But when I look closer I saw it was for wizards. I looked more and I see year books from the school. It was wonderful I see magic happening right before the students eyes. I looked and I grabbed the other boxes. It was mother's old wand and there was a cute school uniform. It had some blood on it though. Right on the left shoulder of the uniform. It looked like she got cut running away from something. I looked on the other box it was father's old school uniform. That's strange? He also had a cut on the left side of the shirts and on his pants. I looked in the box to see if there was more.
It was a note. To Teresa Lyn. That's my mother's name. I read the letter and it said this.
"Dear Teresa,
I managed to find a way out of this school. It's gonna be tough but I want you to understand that I'll do anything for you to have a normal life. We can get married and have kids one day. But we can't if we keep staying here. Meet me in room 56 and I will explain more.
From, Lewis Tucker"
Why would my father leave such a school with magic. It's was always described exciting and fun. But in my father's letter to mother, it sounded like torture. At that moment I hear footsteps behind me and I slowly turn around to see my parents.
