Chapter 1

"Would he say his in L-O-V-E well if it was me then I would I wouuullld." Ivy, Piper, and Me, Scout, sing driving to the beach. Ya I know Scout is a very unusual name but hey, it's my name.

"Woohoo! Summer Break!" Ivy yells throwing her hands in the air. We all laugh and I park my car. We all hop out and run to the changing booths. I jump in one and get into my Hot Pink bikini and put my sunglasses on. I step out to see the girls are not out yet. I wait for them and get my phone out. I tweeted " @ the beach! Woohoo! Summer Break!" The girls finally jump out at me. We all laugh and go find ourselves a spot in the sand. We set out towels down and sit on them. I got my iPhone out and plugged some speakers in them. I blasted music. I laid down took my glasses off and tanned.

I suddenly felt wet and cold. I look up to see my two other best friends Jake and Austin holding an empty bucket. They pick me up and throw me in the water. I came back up and splashed them. I couldn't stop laughing. Jake ran up to me and dunked me. I came back up to see Ivy and Piper dunking them. They came back up and pulled the girls over their shoulders and into the water. I was laughing historically. I looked to my left to see a volleyball coming towards my head. It hit my face. I went under the water and was brought back up by Jake. His beautiful features were now worried. Ya I like him but I know he will never like me back.

"Scout! Are you okay?!?" He asked.

"Ya I'm fine." I respond. He inched forwards closer. Then our lips met.

"Scout? Scout? She's waking back up!" Jake says. I open my eyes to see all of them surrounding me. I lean upwards and I'm on my towel.

"Scout! The volleyball that hit you knocked you out!" Piper said. Of course Jake would never kiss me. I laughed, it was kinda funny. They looked at my like I was crazy.

"What it's pretty funny." I say. They all nod.

"You guys wanna hang out at my house?" Austin asks. We all nod and follow him to his car.
