Two days later after that incident...

"Bishop Isabella, have you heard?" Bishop Randolph asked, skimming through the books in his office. Isabella who was reading in a sofa in his office glance at him.

"Heard of what?" she asked.

Randolph paused and looked at her, smiling. "A man named Damiano turned crazy. He's in the sanatorium now. He was last seen visiting the young Earl of Phantomhive. When he got back, he acted like a mad dog, unable to sleep and hearing things," Randolph explained.

"And?" she inquired as she turn a page from the book she's reading.

"Some clergy told me you went straight to Phantomhive Manor after your task. Do you have any idea what happened to this poor soul?" Randolph questioned.

"Poor soul?" she scoffed. "That man is no poor soul. He is wicked."

"So, you have something to do with it?" he asked, grabbing a thick book from the shelf.

"The man simply reaped the consequences of his wickedness. Whether it was my doing or not, he deserved his karma," she asserted.

"Bishop Isabella..." his voice has a hint of warning, "Your power should be used—"

"It is my power, and I will use it as I see fit," she interrupted.

"Bishop Isabella!" he protested.

Isabella groan and put down the book on a table and stood up. She glanced at him and smiled.

"Anyway, I have other matters to attend to. So, Goodbye!" she said, leaving quickly.

"Wait!" he called after her but, she already disappear from the office.

"That woman really..." he muttered.

Isabella rode her horse swiftly towards Phantomhive Manor. Upon arrival, she saw Sebastian about to enter.

"Hey, butler!" she greeted.

Sebastian looked up and smiled at her. "Good afternoon, Your Grace," he replied.

“Here she is again. Coming here unannounced. She is the only guest who have a very perfect attendance. Is she even doing her bishop job?” he thought as he approach her.

The bishop has been coming everyday after lunch. And all she does was helping around the manor. Sebastian was glad that someone decent has come along and was able to help him around without any accidents like the stupid trio does.

She was a great assistance to Sebastian. Although sometimes Ciel scolded him for allowing her to work but Isabella interjected saying she's enjoying it.

And after she work, she entertain Ciel with games in his free time.

This was becoming the Phantomhive manor routine now that she's here.

She dismounted her horse and approached him. "Good afternoon, Sebastian. Is Ciel preoccupied?" she asked.

"Yes. He has a few visitors at the moment. Would you like me to lead you to them?" he offered.

"No need. I don't intend to interfere with Ciel's affairs," she responded.

They strolled along the manor's hallway, the soft echo of their footsteps the only sound in the quiet corridor.

"Your Grace, pardon my curiosity, but do you often arrive without prior notice?" he asked a hint of amusement in his voice.

Isabella giggled. "You sound like Ciel's father," she said, recalling fondly. "He always hated this side of me—showing up unannounced. But I enjoy it," she added with a mischievous smile.

"Should I expect to see you here often unannounced?" he inquired.

"Yes," she smiled. "But if you ever receive a letter from me saying I'm coming, it means one thing."

Sebastian looked curious. "And what would that be?"

"I'm coming for serious business," she stated.

"I'll keep that in mind," he replied.

Suddenly, there was a loud noise from the hallway.

"What's that?" Isabella asked.

They walked toward the noise and saw the trio running around, trying to catch rats.

"Looks like there's a rat infestation in the manor, Sebastian," she observed.

Sebastian sighed. "I guess, Your Grace. Well, I have to prepare tea and snacks for the guests," he said, heading to the kitchen.

"Can I come along?" Isabella asked.

"Even if I said no, you'd insist anyway, Your Grace," he smiled.

Isabella giggled.

In the kitchen, the two worked in sync preparing tea and snacks.

"Sebastian, I need some help here," Isabella called out.

Sebastian stopped and approached her. "What is it, Your Grace?"

"I can't reach the sugar on the top shelf. Can you—"

Before she could finish, he lifted her by the waist. She was surprised.

"S-Sebastian?" she stammered.

Sebastian realized what he'd done and tried to come up with an excuse. "I-I thought it would be more efficient for you to get it yourself. I just assisted... a little," he said, attempting to maintain his composure.

"Really? By lifting me?" she questioned.

Sebastian nodded. Isabella sighed, reached for the sugar, and grabbed it.

He put her down and bowed his head. "I apologize for my rudeness, Your Grace," he said, his voice laced with genuine regret.

Isabella chuckled and patted his head. "It's okay. Besides, it was kind of fun!" she laughed.

Normally, Sebastian wouldn't like being touched by humans, but with Isabella, he somehow enjoyed it. It was an unfamiliar yet oddly pleasant sensation for him.

This was becoming a thing for him. For the past two days, whenever they touch Sebastian had this strange feeling in his stomach. A feeling that he didn't dislike. The only human that done that was her.

He keep stealing glances at her whenever they work side by side. Her raven black hair that been tied into a ponytail and her green eyes was quite attractive.

When she talks, there is always a smile on her lips. A smile that Sebastian couldn't erase in his memory even if he wanted to.

Everything about her was quite pleasing. And he somehow wanted more of it. More of her light and warmth presence.

"What is happening to me? Why do I feel this way around her?" Sebastian wondered silently, perplexed by his own emotions.
