I walked into the dusty halls of Kentwood High School. My new school for the foreseeable future, a boarding school, an all boys boarding school. How great for me, right? I sighed and wanted to die as soon as I walked in, the boys in the hallway glancing my way. Was the pikachu beanie too much for the first day, or was it... that I was the only one here with no uniform on. My thoughts swirled as one by one they stared me down, cargo pants, a gators crop top and a cardigan, with my pikachu beanie, too noticeable? maybe? I sped up, my leisurely walk turning into a stride as I went to the principal's office bumping into someone, the impact enough to knock me off my feet. "Sorry." I said quickly, getting up and helping the other boy. He glared at me and stood up, "Watch where you're going." He walked off. Honestly, if it wasn't for his attitude, I would've just been stuck staring at him. He was a pretty boy, tanned skin, dark eyes, and dark curls. In the split second, I stared at them, his eyes portrayed a whole other world, a whole new reality, so much happening beyond me would I ever get to find what lay beyond the façade. Would I ever.... "Ah, Mr Miller." I turned, "Mr Blair, hello, my luggage is still at the entrance, I figured I would ask where the dorms were before I brought them." I smiled, trying to be polite yet press my urgency. We had a quick conversation, and he gave me the location of the dorms, I rushed back to the entrance and took my luggage from my driver. "Bye, Frank." He waved as I walked away, the blues of the clouded sky creating a sense of calmness in the air. I walked to the dorm and opened with the keys the school gave me in the mail. They told me I was going to have 3 other roommates, I don't think that is going to be a problem, atleast if we don't get in each other's way, by we I mean them in my way. I stepped in, the nice common room coming into view, comfortable dark blue couches, with a glass table and pottery on the table, along with coasters and flowers. The common room faced a TV that was mounted on the wall, in between 2 shelves, both of which had potted plants. The natural light, of blue hues, filtering in through the blinds on the windows and sliding door. Beyond that, a nice balcony that faced the ocean, more potted plants on it. I looked at my note, and my room is the last one on the corridor. I went in, and noticed immediately my rooms cozy feel, the only pieces of furniture the bed, a bunk bed with the bottom bunk instead of a table, a study desk, with shelves for my books and a swivel chair. Parallel to the bed, a cupboard, and laundry basket, directly in front of a nice window overlooking the grounds and other buildings. I smiled, "Nice." I muttered, the best money could buy when it came to education, Kentwood Academy, a boarding school that catered from High school to University level education, an all boys school tucked into a hill by the coast, saut after by many eager students every year, me being one of the lucky ones. I places my luggage in the middle of the room, locked the door and flopped on the bed, taking a nap.
