Before you read this AU, there are a few important things you need to know about the characters and whose who in this thing. This fic uses stuff from tumblr user ikimaru's AU, so a bunch of the fic is going to be using her stuff. In her AU:

Jade=Connie (they aren't dating, they're just friends.)
Vriska=Fluorite
Sollux=Beryl(fusion of sodalite and cornelian)
Karkat=Hematite
Terezi=Pyrope (lol)
Nepeta=Olivine
Feferi=Rhodochrosite
Kanaya=Mawsitsit (aka Jade Albite. same gem, different name.)
Aradia=Eudyalite
Dave=Mayor's son
Dave, Rose, Jade= "Cool Kids" (like Jenny, Sour Cream, and Buck Dewey)
The Mayor=The Mayor
Also Dave & Jade run the Big Donut.
That's pretty much everyone. This list will probably be lengthened as more characters are added. The stories will be a mixture of events from SU episodes and stuff I make up. (You should totally check out Ikimaru's tumblr. She is honestly the coolest. Any and all cover art will be hers unless stated otherwise.)
I will be referring to the characters by their gems like in the show, with the exception of John, who is just John. If you ever get confused, just come back to this page.
