The entire drive to where Akia lived was dead silent, both males could feel the aggression from the raven haired female who drove them. When Rei parked the car she didn't say anything to either one of them, she instead just slammed her car door shut and went into the back of her car to get a bag out of it before she knocked on the door. It wasn't long before she saw the pink haired female, and how puffy her eyes looked from crying so much.

"Hey Akia sweetie, I came here to give you my gift for you." Rei said with a sad smile

Akia's brown eyes widened hearing what she said. "B-But...I never got you anything for yours...that's not fair."

"It's fine, I am used to it. you're not. I'm not going to start now not giving my awesome cousin things on her birthday." Rei said as she gave her the bag with both of her hands

Akia teared up and took the bag before she hugged her tightly. "Thank you so much! Today has been so shitty since I found out who my soul mate is, this really cheered me up Rei."

"About your soul mate...well I was around mine and he didn't like what I had told him about what happened between the two of you before. Especially, since mine was reamed by yours for doing exactly what he had done to you. Sooo, I had more than a little bit of a talk with that dumb-ass." Rei said before she looked behind her to where Tokiya was waiting beside Masato

Akia almost dropped the gift she had in her hand seeing Tokiya in front of where she lived. "Y-You seriously did not do what I think you did Rei...."

"Depends on what you think I did Akia dear." Rei said with a smile

Akia placed the bag down inside of the house before she shut the door behind her, she went down the few steps she had to go down before she walked up to Tokiya which made him stiffen up more than a bit. The two of them stared at one another for a moment before Akia glared at him.

"Ichinose Tokiya, I reject you as my soul mate. I will be sending the stupid plush back and I hope to fuck whoever else gets you treats you ten times worse than what you've made me feel. I rather die knowing that I've made you feel just as horrible as you've made me feel than suffer knowing that I'm partnered up with someone who doesn't know me and doesn't see me as their 'type'." Akia said coldly "I honestly once used to look up to you and supported you through your job as an idol. I've always adored your singing voice, but knowing that you aren't smart enough to get to know someone before rejecting them makes me so upset. I hope you're enjoying the karma you're getting from your crappy choices."

"Are you done getting out your pent up emotions Akia?" Tokiya asked with a sigh

She nodded her head before he grabbed a hold of her wrist tightly only for her to wince out. Hearing what Rei had said about Akia being depressed and all of the things that had happened to her, he had an idea of what type of person he had rejected all those years ago. Tokiya then moved his hand down to her arm as he pulled her closer to him making her look at him baffled. 

"Tell me how long have you been cutting yourself Akia?"

"I'm not answering a damn thing!" Akia said shaking her head "I've already rejected you! LET ME GO!"

"Girly you need to give him the doll first bish." Rei said shaking her head

Akia looked behind her to Rei. "W-Wait what?! Seriously?!"

"Mhm, that breaks the bond tie between the two of you. Just cause you say it doesn't mean shit unless you give him the doll of himself." Rei said with a nod of her head "That's what happened between Masato and I."

Akia looked down ashamed of what was going on with her before she let out a sigh and looked back at Tokiya. "Over ten years, I've been diagnosed with depression when I was nine. But didn't get a good idea of how depressed I was until I was sixteen when I was tested and the results came back with me having Severe to Suicidal Depression." Akia said sadly "I started cutting when I found out from my parents they didn't even want me after they had my elder brothers. But they kept me because my brothers wanted a baby sister to protect and play with."

"Look I apologize for what I had said the day that you had asked me out, I had been doing and going through a lot back then."

Akia's eyes widened looking up at him. "R-Really?"

He nodded his head and she looked to Masato who nodded his head in agreement. "He had a double life he was living while being in that school. He didn't quit his double life until a bit after STARISH formed." Masato explained

"Oh...W-Wow..."

Tokiya frowned as he slid his hand towards her hand and laced his hand with hers. "I want us to try to fix what has been broken between us. I'd like for you to continue to support me like you have Akia. Knowing that the woman that I'm soul mated to be with supports me as much as she does makes me happy."

Akia teared up hearing what he said as she went between looking at him and their hands together. She then looked at Rei who was just smiling with her arms crossed under her chest. Obviously enjoying the fact that she was able to get the two of them around one another. Akia then looked back at Tokiya before she sighed out. "If you really want to make this work between us then I'm going to need to be in contact with you. I'm a composer for a solo artist right now who is friends with Rei and I. I'm not giving up my job just to fawn over you. If we're going to make this work, we're going it on my time not yours."

"That's Fine...I'll work with that. As long as you don't give up on me so soon."

She took her hand from his and got her phone out of her dress pocket, afterwards she gave him her number. He then gave her his in return. Akia then placed her phone back in her pocket before she placed her hands behind her back. "I have the day off since my singer and I have the same birthday date. So, if you wish I can introduce you to my family so you have a bit of an understanding as to who I am."

"Sure, I'd like that a lot."

Akia then looked at Rei. "Thank you Cousin."

"Not a problem, call or text me if you ever need anything. You know I'll answer right away sweetie."

"I'm aware."

Akia then took Tokiya inside the apartment as Rei went up to Masato shaking her head. "Well today has been...interesting to say the least."

"Indeed it has. Though it does have me surprised that you have been as protective as you have with the women you've befriended. Yet you don't have the backbone to stand up for yourself."

"I can actually answer that." She said as she unlocked her car

He opened the drivers side door for her which she thanked him for before going into the car. Once she sat down he shut the door for her and got to the passenger side before Rei began to speak again.

"The reason I chose to stand up for them is because I know that they can't for themselves or for others. Yes I can't stand up for myself but that's only because I have tried and it's ended up with me being abused and raped. That trauma makes me not want to do so for myself around males or females." She said shaking her head "I wore glasses before because of the abuse, its ironic that the abuse of a temperamental elder woman made me have better eye sight than I used to have. Cause beforehand I always wore glasses, which is probably why I didn't look familiar to you when we met at first in the studio."
