Isabella's eyes slowly opened, and Sebastian's face was right in front of her as he held her in his arms. Glancing around, she realized they were on a rooftop. Sebastian was sitting with her on his lap.

"What... happened?" she asked.

"You don't remember?" Sebastian replied.

"Do you think I'd ask if I did remember?" she retorted.

Sebastian chuckled, "My, my, Your Grace."

Isabella blinked and realized what she had said. She comes off mean. Her other personality was leaking. The cold Isabella like Randolph said. Her face went pale, and she stammered, "I-I mean, is... that... I...?"

"Pfft!" Sebastian tried his best not to laugh, but he found her reaction cute and just laughed. This was one of the rare moments that he laughed sincerely.

"S-Sebastian!" she exclaimed.

"Your Grace, you're really making me..." he trailed off, still chuckling.

"Sebastian, enough!" she said, feeling embarrassed.

Then all of a sudden, Sebastian gave her a kiss on the cheek. She blushed furiously.

Sebastian chuckled softly, his eyes warm with affection.

"W-why did you do that for!?" she stammered.

"I just want to thank you," he replied.

"For what?" she inquired.

"Nothing, Your Grace," he replied.

"W-what..."

"Viscount Druitt has been arrested by the Scotland Yard," he informed her changing the subject.

Isabella blinked. "Oh... I see..."

"It's all thanks to you, Your Grace," he said.

"To... Me?" she questioned.

Sebastian frowned and leaned close to her face. "You really don't remember?" he asked.

Isabella shook her head.

"Did I do something?" she asked.

Sebastian nodded and laughed, "Yeah! When I entered the auction room to save you, I saw how those humans were floating in the air, gasping for air. You were literally choking them by just staring at them," he explained. "I thought you were going to attack me when those golden eyes of yours landed on me. But, you fainted. Those people fell to the ground and fainted as well."

"Golden eyes..." Isabella thought, "It must be... Her."

Isabella didn't want to dwell on that and changed the subject, "Why are we on the rooftop anyway?" she asked.

Sebastian noticed her avoidance but decided to go along with it. "I wanted to spend time with you," he answered.

Isabella blinked in surprise, "Huh?"

Sebastian smirked and leaned in closer, "I want to continue where we left off this morning," he whispered.

Isabella's face flushed with a mixture of surprise and embarrassment when she remembers it.

"W-why... I mean, why do you want to?" she stammered, looking at him. "If you're just messing with me, stop it. Or else I'm going to blow your head up. Demons like you like to mess around with humans, especially women," she warned.

"I admit, I've messed with some women before, but this time, I won't do that anymore," he confessed.

"And what changed your mind?" she inquired.

"You," he replied. "Isabella... I've fallen in love with you. A demon like me knows that falling in love is impossible. I prioritize souls more than emotions. But since you came into our lives, you've made me feel things that I thought were impossible," he confessed. "I want you, Your Grace. I want your smile, your kindness, your boldness, your rebellion, and your heart. I want everything about you," his eyes softened. "You're driving me crazy, Isabella," he admitted.

"I... I..." she stammered, unsure of how to respond. This was the first time a man had confessed to her. Ironically, it was a demon confessing to a bishop.

"Isabella, do you have male acquaintances?" he asked.

She didn't understand why he was bringing this up. "Y-yeah..."

"Then, did you allow them to be close to you..." he leaned close to her ear, "like this?" he whispered.

"Or this?" he breathed on her neck. "Or this?" he hovered over her lips. Isabella's heart raced, unsure of how to react.

"O-of course not!" she replied, flustered.

"Then, when you kissed me back earlier, was it your desire to kiss any man, or was it your desire for me?" he asked, his voice low and intense. "I know that as a member of the church, even in a high rank, you're not allowed to have intimate relationships with anyone. So tell me," he continued, his gaze searching hers, "was it your desire for any man, or was it your desire for me?"

"No!" she exclaimed, her voice betraying a mix of frustration and embarrassment. "Not even once! From the day I entered the church up until now, I have had no such desire towards any man. My only goal was to protect Ciel. No such thing crossed my mind!" she clarified, her tone firm.

"Then does that mean you desire me?" he pressed, his gaze unwavering.

"I... I... Don't..." she stammered, unable to look him in the eyes.

"Then don't kiss back and push me away," Sebastian said, smashing his lips to hers and holding her head firmly. He poured all his pent-up emotions into the kiss, daring her to deny her feelings.

Isabella felt his lips. Just as he said, she should push him away. The most normal reaction would be to push him and slap him. That would clearly tell him she didn't like him.

But Isabella thought about it. Sebastian was a demon, yet all he did was for the sake of Ciel. They shared the same priority, and that was Ciel. He never did anything she could dislike about him. He was kind, a good listener, and someone who didn't lie. He made her feel good. He made her feel like a woman whenever she was with him. He didn't see her as a bishop but just as her. Everything about him was captivating and sincere.

Isabella's heart was racing. She just now realized that she had already fallen in love with him. The emotions she felt whenever she was with him were her heart telling her that she was in love.

"I'm in love... with Sebastian Michaelis," she thought, accepting the truth she had been denying.
