(yes this is another gore warning..)
Leafy sat at her desk. Book would be a hard one, but no one really likes her? I guess you could say that. But she's definitely not an outcast. So this would be tough. She sighed. "Maybe.. I could just.. " "ough,, no I'm just overthinking it." Leafy stood up. She walked to the restroom to spray water on her face. Suddenly when she looked in the mirror. She realised she was drooling. She felt the craving. But more intensely then usually, she needed to do it NOW. Leafy had ran out to find book. Suddenly she saw book sitting beneath a tree. For some reason Iance had named the tree "The tree town sound." No one knew why. It was an idiot name. Leafy sat down next to book. "Hey!!" Leafy said with a crooked smile. Almost sharp at the ends. "Oh.. hi leafy!" Book awkwardly smiled.. "y'knoooow.. I found a place where you can start your garden!" Book had been wanting to start a garden but all of the good spots were taken unfortunately.
"Really?!" Book's face lit up so quickly, she was so bright and excited. She didn't know she was in for a treat. Or at least a treat for leafy. "Yea!! Follow me up the mountain!!" Book excitedly agreed, as she took Leafys hand. A hand that will soon be covered in blood and skin. And another hand that will soon be cold to the touch. A limp and lifeless hand. A lifeless body will soon be book. But book didn't know. She didn't know her fate. How would she know? She was so innocent. So was rocky.. They arrived at the mountain and book was blown away. "Oh my!! This is so pretty!! All for me?! Thank you leafy!!" Book hugged Leafy tightly, Boy was she excited. So was leafy. She couldn't wait to see the fear on Books face. "Yeah! All for yoooou!!~" Leafy giggled with a seemingly harmless tone. But of course her intentions were the opposite of that. Book was admiring the scenery. So pretty.. So beautiful!! So distracted she didn't notice leafy sneaking into the cavern to grab her weapons. Leafy snuck back to the water. "Hey book c'mere!" "Yea?" Book had been facing the water at that point. "Well little miss well-read. Looks like you need to open up~ !" She plunged at book with a knife. As it went right through her cover. Book let out a blood curling scream. "Oh calm down." Book was completely out of it. But she was down on the ground, she certainly was going out without a fight. "WH-WHAT TH-THE H-HELL... LE..AFY!!" Her words were stuttered. Even though she had a hardcover, and that practically saved her. But that wasn't going to stop leafy. "Well, little miss well-read. I'm sorry as this was you-" leafy got cut off as book had grabbed Leafys knife out of her hand, Book some how sustaining the energy to stand up. Leafy had ran back to the cavern and grabbed a shovel, Book shuffling among the ground. "Well, I'm glad to be here for your final bow." "Your final show. Your final.. word perhaps ?" Leafy snuck up behind book. Hitting book with a shovel on the head several times. Book was completely lifeless her body cold to the touch. "A dictionary knows all. But you knew barely nothing." Leafy chuckled. Books blood had stained the once beautiful green grass into a dark bloody red. Leafys hands seemed almost stained red. A lifeless body. Sitting there on the grass. So unfortunate for book. She was so much more. Leafy dragged books body into the cavern. She sat down, Peeling back books pages quickly one by one. Until, she found what she was seeking for. Red stains became more vivid by the second, until she struck the red center. She dug her knife deep into that page, revealing a compact of organs. Leafy ripped books hardcover off. Leaving just pages. Leafy ate each organ like it was her last meal. The blood dripping from each one. How it was beautiful to Leafy. A lifeless heart and organs sat before her.
Probably because each body as a different taste, some being delicious. Some being disgusting. She didn't care though. She would usually save the rest for later. But she dug into book. Poor girl. Book was so innocent. Anxious and mostly kept to herself a lot. But she didn't deserve to die. Especially like this. And of course they usually would be able to recover these two but.. the recovery center broke down. It's been like that for years. This was the last time anyone would be seeing Book and rocky, leafy didn't feel bad, she was almost stuck in a trance. She just kept eating.
Soon leafy stopped and washed herself up in the water, the blood more intensely flowing through the water. "Boy.. Miss well read can really put up a fight." "Im tuckered out I better get back to the corridors." Leafy strolled back down to the corridors. Fulfilled and happy. Pleased with what she's done.
