Tree stepped outside the hospital and quickly arranged everything – Taylor would begin the treatment at home again daily therapy, 2 x weekly weigh ins, 2 x weekly appointments with a dietician and would be supervised during meals.

Tree headed back inside, excited to tell Taylor. As she popped her head back in to Taylor's room, she saw Taylor biting her nails anxiously. The blonde looked up as Tree stepped back in "you were gone for AGES! Where have you been?"

Tree smiled softly at Taylor "Do you know – you look really well."

Taylor rolled her eyes "So, I look fat"

Tree frowned, shaking her head "No, not at all. I meant you don't have those dark circles under your eyes, your lips aren't dry and cracked. You are sitting still rather than pacing around because you are scared of calories."

Taylor looked at her "well yeah, I've come on a lot since I first arrived here"

Tree nodded, smiling widely "yeah you have. That's why you're coming home tomorrow..."

Taylor's eyes went wide with shock "what?!"

Tree giggled "yep! That's what took me so long, I needed to get everything arranged. They said you're medically stable enough to come home Tay...You still need to have treatment and you have to carry on recovering – but you did it! You get to come home"

Taylor began crying, overwhelmed at the unexpected news. Tree hugged her tightly "well done sweetheart, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!"

Tree had to leave early to get the final details rearranged. Taylor packed up her belongings and reflected on the last two weeks – she had hated every second of it, but she was actually glad she had come to the hospital. She knew deep down that if she had stayed at home, it would have taken her much longer to want to recover and she definitely wouldn't have been at a point where she was eating 3 meals a day unaided if she hadn't been forced into this. She knew there was still a long road ahead of her, but she was grateful her recovery had been kickstarted.

Although everyone was concerned about Taylor, she really did want to recover. She wanted to be better – wanted to get back to some sense of normality.

The next morning, Tree arrived to sign her out and take her home. As Taylor left the hospital, she turned around – taking a long glance back. She was determined to never end up back there.

Tree helped Taylor to unpack her stuff at home again then turned towards the blonde "Tay...it's lunchtime. I'm going to just make you what the meal plan says"

A moment of panic crossed the blonde's face but she quickly nodded "OK. Do you want some help?"

Tree shook her head "No – you can just sit and relax – why don't you watch some TV?"

Taylor nodded, it felt weird to be able to decide what she actually did without the nurses telling her what to do. She flicked through the TV but then realised there was something else she needed to do. She quickly ran and grabbed a pen and notepad, jotting down the lyrics that were spiralling around her head. As Tree entered again, she smiled softly at the blonde sitting there – scribbling in her journal, knowing she was already plotting some new songs. She didn't want to interrupt but she knew Taylor needed to eat, she walked over gently – putting her hand on Taylor's back gently so as not to startle her "Hey, lunchtime"

She held her breath as Taylor stood up, waiting to see if there was going to be a battle. When Taylor walked quickly to the kitchen, Tree breathed a sigh of relief. She sat down next to her "is it nice to be home?"

Taylor grinned "it is so nice to be home. I cannot wait to sleep in my own bed, and have a proper shower without anyone watching me!"

When it went silent again, Taylor look towards Tree "I am sorry you know. For everything I said to you. I obviously don't hate you – I am really grateful for what you did for me. Even if I couldn't see it straight away, I know now – it actually was the best thing for me"
