Chapter 12: 10
Proverbs 12:10 An upright man has thought for the life of his beast, but the hearts of evil-doers are cruel.
This verse is to teach you how to recognize someone's true intentions toward you it says here An upright man cares even for a beast or animals but the Evildoers have cold hearts that's why all they care about is killing, stealing, and destroying people around them 24/7 again why did the Lord mention the heart? Well, that's simply because from the heart comes the real way someone truly feels about you whether in bad or good ways; that's also why the Holy Spirit dwells in our hearts because God is Love. Also the heart can't lie.
So don't be surprised if you bring good news to all of your friends for example or families but every single time that person opens their mouth it is only to speak negatively against you; See it is not their fault because their heart is already evil so they are just reacting base on their feelings but here is what you can do: pray that the Lord removes any Evilness in their heart so that instead of hate they will be full of Love. I know its a short Bible study but hey the point is for you to learn from this and apply it to your life so that you will be more fruitful in your life.
