The Snow White Kitten - Eulamber

Eula Pov:

It was a warm summer morning at Teyvat University when I found myself face to face with a kitten whose fur was as white as snow. Staring at the furry animal in silence wondering how they got into the dorm.

Wait, were pets even allowed on campus?

There's no use thinking about it. I already have a bad reputation as is, so there's no reason to add more fuel by breaking dorm rules.

"Alright, it's decided." I lifted the kitten and started walking towards the door. "It's time to get rid of you."

Hearing this, the kitten started to fight me in an attempt to get away. Its meows echoed as they scratched my arm desperately trying to get away. The feeling of the kitten's claws piercing my skin caused me to let out a pained whine. If this keeps up this kitten will get a taste of my vengeance.

"What's making all that noise...?"

My roommate, Amber, who was woken up by all the noise, came around the corner with a tired expression. She had on white pajamas with Baron Bunny polka dots.

One sleeve of her pajamas hung low off her shoulder revealing her beautiful shiny sk-

"Ah! Eula what are you doing?!"

Amber yelled out in a panic before rushing over to me snatching the feline from my grasp.

"I was going to get rid of this kitten."

"G-get rid of it?! What do you mean by that?!" Amber looked at me in absolute horror. "Are you trying to murder it!"

"No! Of course not!"

Why was that the first thing she assumed? Do I look like someone who would murder a kitten?

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure!"

Amber looked at me with a sly grin as she held the kitten to her face.

"I know. There's no reason in this world that could ever make you harm such a beautiful baby."

"So why even mention it!?"

"Because it's fun watching your reactions, Eula."

The girl smiled after saying that. She was teasing me, like always... I swear when it's time to carry out vengeance she'll be the first person I go after.

"Enough with the teasing. Just what were you thinking bringing a cat into the dorms? Do you not know how much trouble we can get in for breaking the rules?"

Amber's smile disappeared. Perhaps she finally understood the trouble we're in for if administration found out.

"I mean yeah we'd be in trouble, but all we'd need to do is make it seem as if we're not breaking the rules, right?"

Is this girl serious...

"Amber, you do know that'd mean we'd have to hide a kitten, right?"

She nods her head.

"Yeah, I know. What's the problem with that?"

I swear if it wasn't for that cute oblivious expression, I would've hit her by now.

"Amber we're not keeping the c-"

"But Eulaaaaaaaaaa! I want it!"

Is she seriously doing this?!

"I said no and that's final! We're not keeping this cat!"

"What if I give you something in return?"

What could this girl possibly offer me that would change my mind? I'm not keeping the cat.

"If I offer up my virginity to you. Would you let me keep the cat?"

"No there's no way I'd-"

...

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!??!"

How dare this girl say something so outrageous and take it as a joke. And to make matters worse, she dares to stare at me with those cute pleading eyes. Wait no- ARGHH!

"But Eula, I'm sure it'll be fun."

Fun my ass.

I grabbed the kitten from Amber and pulled it away from her hearing a small squeak from the girl. I looked back over to her to see her teary eyes and pushed out lips. She was pouting.

I don't care if she throws a fit, I'm not giving the kitten up. She'd have to take it back over my dead body.

"Eula give her back!" No, I won't. "Please!" Beg all you want. "I really want this kitten!" And I really don't want any trouble to forsake me. "I'm begging you here!" Keep begging it's cute.

I walked away from Amber slipping on my blue slippers that were near the door. In an attempt to stop me Amber jumped on my back and wrapped both her arms and legs around me. Just how persistent is she!

"Amber let me go, now!"

"Then put snowy down!"

"I won't put the cat down, and are you sure snowy was even a proper name?"

"Yes, I found it cute and gave it to her, now gimme!"

Looking back at it now, I should've just given the cat up.

Amber proceeded to wrap her slender arms around my neck and squeeze it tightly. She was trying to kill me! I tried shaking her off, but for someone so small she had such a strong grip.

I could feel my oxygen levels falling low, so I dropped the cat and grabbed Amber by her armpits and threw her over my shoulder. She let out a loud yelp once off my back and hit the floor with a loud boom.

"Shit!" I rushed to Amber's side and held her back lifting her off the floor. "I didn't mean to throw you so hard, and by no means did I mean to make you hit the floor. Are you okay!?"

I was in a state of panic, worried that I may have injured the girl. It was her own fault for choking me, but still...

"I-I'm fine Eula... It didn't hurt that bad." She had to have been lying. "You look as if you don't believe me though."

"That's because I don't!" I exclaimed.

I pulled Amber closer to me eventually hugging the girl tightly, but not tight enough to cause more injuries. Soon after, I felt a hand against my back slowly making its way up to my spine and eventually my neck. I looked at Amber who responded with a smile before wrapping her arm around my neck. She isn't trying to strangle me again, right?

"I'm sorry Eula." She's apologizing? "I'll bring the cat back to where I saw her later today. Just let me have some more time to play with her before giving her back, okay?"

Well, if she's going to get it out the dorm, then I guess I can let her play with it a little longer.

"Fine, but you must have it out the dorm room by today Amber. No later than that."

After hearing my answer Amber gave me a smile that's brighter than the sun itself before resting her head down on my shoulder.

"Thank you, Eula. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"

I didn't expect her to get so happy over this. It's not like I'm letting her keep the cat in the dorms. But, whatever... Seeing her happy makes me happy.

I hugged her tighter patting her head with one of my hands. This was nice. If only we could stay like this forever.

A couple hours later

"I'm keeping the cat, Eula!"

"That's not what we agreed on!"

"Well, it's happening!"

I swear this girl does whatever she wants!
