"You just call out my name/ And you know wherever I am/ I'll come running, oh yeah baby, to see you again"

Layla was tired when Eddie and her finally pulled into the parking lot of the recording studio. They had gone straight from the tour bus to her apartment just to drop off their things and get in her car and leave again. But despite the exhaustion she was excited to see everyone again. They entered the studio seeing Teddy and The Six in the main area.

"Hey! Are we the last ones?" She asked, drawing everyone's attention to them. Instead of getting one answer she got different excited responses of greeting from everyone in the room. She went around, hugging everyone and giving short answers about how great tour was. She asked after Julia and how they had all been, what they had been up to.

"So, you're back in?" She asked Billy with a smirk. She had been right and she knew he didn't want to say it.

"Yeah, I'm back." He said, keeping it short. "Wait till you hear the song I wrote." He added proudly.

It turned out they were all waiting for the new girl to show up, who was being featured on the record. When she finally came in, Layla was standing further away from the door talking to Karen and Graham.

Layla Dunne: Thinking about it now, the coincidence is insane. All this time and this was how it happened.

Daisy Jones: I had no idea! Neither of us did.

"Oh my God! Daisy!" Layla exclaimed after turning and recognizing the girl being introduced to her brother. After her hearing Layla's voice Daisy completely disregarded Billy and ran over to the other girl.

"Layla! Holy shit!" They had their arms wrapped around each other, embracing like long lost sisters. "When did you get back?"

"Just this morning. What are you doing here? Are you the feature on this song?"

"Yeah! Teddy asked me!" The two girls were talking animatedly with everyone in the room watching. "What are you doing here? Are you working?"

"No, The Six is the band my brothers are in." She gestured around the room as she spoke. "And Eddie!" He was standing near by and she grabbed his arm after she spoke. "Eddie this is Daisy."

"Hey, nice to meet you. We spoke on the phone once." He said, shaking her hand.

"Yeah, hey. I've heard a lot about you." Daisy replied to which Eddie smiled proudly. This two girls noticed this and looked at each other, biting back a laugh.

"And that's my brother Billy." She said pointing to a confused and annoyed Billy. "And my brother Graham." Who had the good sense to smile and wave. "And my friends Karen and Warren."

"Hi." Daisy said waving to the group. She was playing it cool but Layla could tell she was nervous, she was the only one in the room who really could.

"And how do you two know each other?" Billy asked, a little rudely.

"She's my best friend" Layla told him.

"Basically sisters." Daisy added hitting her hip against Layla's.

"And she's my roommate."

Billy Dunne: Of course of all the people in L.A for Teddy to pick he picked Daisy Jones and she just happened to be closer to Layla than anyone. It was [sighs] really annoying.

Warren Rojas: It kinda made sense when you saw them together. In many ways they were very similar, though Daisy made Layla seem tame in comparison. But still, very similar.

Karen Sirko: I liked Daisy from the start and I liked Layla who obviously liked her. And I thought if she sings like Layla we'll have something really good with this song.
