After their adventure in Skypiea, the Straw Hat Pirates arrived at Water 7 to trade their gold for money and repair the Going Merry. However, they were almost scammed by merchants until Nami noticed and stopped the deception. Despite this, their troubles were far from over. The Franky Family ambushed the crew and stole their money, leaving the Straw Hats in a dire situation.

Seeking help to repair the Merry, the crew met Iceburg, affectionately known as "Ice Pops," and the shipwrights of the Galley-La Company. As they discussed the repairs, Rob Lucci, one of the shipwrights, returned the stolen money. His pet pigeon, Hattori, spoke from his shoulder, startling Luffy and Usopp.

Curious about the talking pigeon, Luffy approached Lucci, making the usually stoic shipwright blush slightly. Hattori warned Luffy to stay back, but Luffy ignored the bird and continued to close the distance. Flustered, Lucci turned away to hide his blush, leaving Luffy intrigued.

Meanwhile, Robin mysteriously disappeared. It was later revealed she was coerced into aiding CP9, a secret government organization, to obtain the ancient blueprints for the weapon Pluton. This betrayal deeply troubled Luffy, who saw Robin as his "mama" and wanted her back with the crew.

Water 7 was soon besieged by massive waves, causing widespread destruction. Amid the chaos, the Straw Hats learned they needed to take the Sea Train to Enies Lobby to rescue Robin and confront CP9. As the crew boarded the Sea Train, Chimney and Gonbe, along with their grandmother Kokoro, joined them. The Franky Family also asked Luffy to save Franky, and he agreed without hesitation.

During this tumultuous time, Usopp left the crew due to a disagreement about the Going Merry. However, he later returned in disguise as "Sogeking," a mysterious hero wearing a mask. Luffy and Chopper were delighted to meet this new "king" and were unaware of his true identity. Sogeking's presence lifted their spirits, reminding them of Usopp's bravery and friendship.

The Sea Train ride was fraught with danger. The crew fought their way through various carriages filled with enemies, including members of CP9 and the Franky Family. Despite the odds, Luffy remained determined to save Robin and Franky, fueled by his desire to reunite with his "mama" Robin and ensure the safety of his crew.

The train ride culminated in their arrival at Enies Lobby, the judicial island and stronghold of CP9. With their mission clear, the Straw Hat Pirates prepared to storm the island, determined to rescue Robin and Franky and confront their powerful adversaries.

As the Sea Train approached Enies Lobby, Luffy and his crew steeled themselves for the battles ahead. Luffy's resolve to save Robin and bring her back to the crew was unshakable. He knew that together, they could overcome any obstacle and protect the bonds that held them together. The stage was set for an epic showdown, with the fate of Robin and the future of the crew hanging in the balance.
