Michael was on his way to find me, he had successfully taken down his share of soldiers, he only hoped I was still safe, I had explained everything to him through coms about what I found behind that door and everything else I leaned from teach, even my next step to find Avengers in order to move forward. We agreed to reunite and find them, it was exactly what he was doing, to his luck he found one of them.

"Well would you look at that." He asked as he saw a familiar face working behind a computer in a room,

"Williams?" Doc asked surprised, "I don't want to suppose you shaked hands with your old friends again."

"They're not my friends, never were."

"Then what are you doing here?"

"I came to help that kid, kinda sad to see you guys just leaving her like that."

"We didn't leave her, not for fun at least." Doc explained,

"Yeah man whatever. What are you doing here anyways?" Mikey asked walking inside the room Doc was in,

"Others are finding her while I'm looking for the cube. It's somewhere in this area, I just need access in their system." Doc replied getting up from his chair, "so far I don't have any luck."

"What exactly are you finding?" Mikey asked peeking at the monitor,

"The readings we found were fake-"

"And you were about to walk straight into a trap then Coulson had to intervene and all, I know. Tell me something new. How are you going to find the real cube?"

Doc stood there not knowing if he should trust this man who was once an enemy,

"How am I supposed to trust you? If anything you could be leading us to another trap, give me one reason why I should listen to you?" Doc asked sternly,

Mikey chuckled from his fair response and yet he was embarrassed to tell that the whole reason he decided to help was because of some girl who trusted him despite his past and it was his way of returning her trust and to redeem himself, after all he was still a human who was capable of having attachments to other people. And yet, he was embarrassed to admit it.

"I'm just trying to redeem myself, doctor...whatever they did to her was wrong and I was a part of them, I don't want this guilty weight on my shoulders all my life."

"Is that so? It's the only reason?"

"How about this? I'll help you get access to their database and if you feel like I'm wrong you can let that green monster kill me." He extended his arm for a hand shake.

Doctor Banner was hesitant but it was his only option at the moment and time was limited, he didn't trust Michael fully but he was willing to give him a chance to prove himself.

"Deal." He signed before shaking his hand, Mikey smiled in return before explaining their situation,

"You're not gonna have any chance from this simple lab computers, they keep it safe and hidden in control room system, it has access to every single machinary in this building and it's activities."

.

I walked down these hallways to find my guardians, not to mention I was nervous of how they would react, I hoped they would forgive me for disobeying them and accept my plan to work together and fight against one common enemy, if they didn't then I'd have to carry on my mission which means I'd have to fight them first, something I didn't want to do because they had become my family and I didn't want to argue with them and yet it was inevitable.

I heard someone chatting the other way, I was moving carefully to make sure I wouldn't run straight to some trap. I hid against a wall before peeking my head to see who it was, to my luck or bad luck they were friendly faces.
