I wake up from the dream I was having. Confused, embarrassed, and a little sad that the dream is over, I sit up and look at the alarm clock next to my bed. It was only 4:00 a.m.. With a sign, I lay down again and tried to get some more sleep.

But the moment I closed my eyes, all I could see were bits and parts of my previous dream, making my face hot.

Defeated, I opened my eyes again and stared at the ceiling, not wanting to wake up the others. PJ looked like he was having a fun dream: he had a smile on his face. And Bobby... I don't know, honestly, I couldn't see his face.

Tired, I tried yet again to close my eyes and get some shut-eye. But I found myself in the bathroom again. Just me and Bradley. He was awfully near me, saying something I couldn't comprehend, getting closer. You looked at me in the eyes, holding my stare and then, getting even closer, closing the distance, slowly closing his eyes and-

With a little yelp, I wake up. This time I can see the sun slowly rising behind our windows. Still a little out of breath, I lay back down, thinking about the dream. This stupid jerk. He irritates me when I'm awake, and now he found a way to irritate me in my sleep as well. Because of him, I didn't get enough sleep today. And today is the day all of the freshmen get an official tour of the school and the campus, both our schedules and school IDs as well.

I rub my eyes, trying to get my body to work. I get out of my bed and get down on the ground. I sleep shirtness, so I put on a tank top and go on the ground between sleeping PJ and Bobby. I positioned myself correctly and began my daily 100 push-ups. This workout made me lean and strong, without looking like I am on steroids. PJ and Bobby always make fun of me for doing it, because they say I try too hard. But I mostly just ignore them and keep doing my thing. And it works. Lots of girls swoon when they see me.

Without even realizing it, I was already done with my push-ups, so I got up and looked at the clock: it said 6:30 a.m.. The tour doesn't start until 11:00 a.m., and PJ with Bobby aren't early birds. Plus the fact that yesterday we went to sleep so late, I am sure I will not be able to wake them up before 10 o'clock.

So I walk over to the bathroom. Of course, I remember my dream and my face gets red again, but I just shake my head and brush my teeth. As I am brushing my teeth, I look into the mirror. My snake bites in my lower lip are getting in the way of the toothbrush, but I just try my best and continue. I got them at the beginning of the summer vacation, as a sign of my independence. My dad was a little shocked, but he supported my idea and didn't say anything. The first two weeks after getting it were horrible. The pain every time I moved my mouth was tremendous. But the chicks dig it. The same day Bobby got his ears pierced. We tried to convince PJ to do something similar, but he was scared of what his dad might say. And because we are all scared of his dad, we didn't pressure him.

I spit out the toothpaste foam and wash my face. I shower and leave the bathroom. Bobby and PJ didn't move a centimeter, so I put on some clean clothes and get my backpack and skateboard.

I still have about 3 hours before the boys wake up, so I might even check the place out. As we looked around yesterday, we mostly looked out for food stores, the overall school layout and some cool stores in the city. But now I had a specific place in mind I wanted to visit. An outdoor gym playground. I don't want to pay for the crazy expensive gym membership, and I also prefer the fresh air, so it's a win-win situation.

But firstly, I need something to eat. And I know for a fact that PJ is going for donuts when he wakes up, so something healthy would be nice.

I entered the nearest food shop near me and got myself a breakfast sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, some bacon, an egg, and some cheese. Not the healthiest, but better than a donut. I also got myself a bottle of water. I pay for it and walk out.

I packed the sandwich with the bottle and make myself on the way to the outdoor gym

I graze the streets for a good half an hour until I arrive at my destination. To my surprise, it is quite near to where I live, only like a 10- minute walk. Weird that I didn't spot it yesterday.

It is still early in the morning, with only a few of the students awake. It is also quite chilly, but I don't mind the breeze and take off my shirt, so I stand there only in my tank top. I eat my sandwich while I search for some appropriate music for this workout. I settle on some pop/rap mix and put it in my earpods. I hit play on the first song and go over to the construction where you do pull-ups and start doing my first ten pull-ups. They surely look easier than they are, but I finish them and move over to the monkey track. I go over the full monkey parkour three times, and only then do I allow myself to take a break. I sit down on my skateboard and drink some water.

After a little break and a change of playlist, I do ten more pull-ups and twenty sit-ups. I finish my workout with thirty russian-twists on either side.

I lay down, sweaty, out of breath, and a little exhausted, when a silhouette walks towards me, blocking the sun above me.

"Well hello again, Freshman."
