Julie looked astounded as the program's host displayed some stunning photographs of the location. "This magnificent town that you can see here is called Walfield, and it is historically significant."

The images began to glitch, distorting the vibrant colors and clear lines of the town's picturesque streets and landmarks. Despite the interference, the charm of Walfield's cobblestone streets, quaint cottages, and bustling marketplaces shone through. "Could you imagine it?" The host's voice, warm and enthusiastic, continued through the static. "These delightful, wonder-filled vacations are being enjoyed by your family, friends, and even your pet dog or cat."

The scene shifted to families playing in lush parks, couples strolling along scenic riverbanks, and pets frolicking in the open spaces. The host's voiceover, tinged with nostalgic excitement, added, "When asked about the enigmatic person again, it was presented in an unusual way. Take advantage of these fantastic Walfield vacations! Have a good time in town."

The commercial showcased a variety of activities: children laughing on merry-go-rounds, friends sharing ice cream at vintage parlors, and groups enjoying lively street performances.

The tape's age showed in the slightly faded colors and occasional film grain, adding to the vintage charm. The final shot lingered on the town's iconic clock tower, standing tall against a backdrop of a setting sun, encapsulating the timeless appeal of a 1960s Walfield vacation.

As the advertisement ended, Julie gave it some thought, reflecting on everything that had happened since the last accident. The cheerful scenes contrasted sharply with her current mood, making her question the authenticity of the commercial's depiction.

Mr. Ross was a little embarrassed as he walked over to the television. "Sorry about that," he said, turning off the flickering screen. "The tape's age and flaws are showing." He cleared his throat and addressed the class. "Well, as all of you see, hopefully, I want you all to make a school project for the evaluation."

Despite the fact that almost all of the students were not unhappy, murmurs of discontent could be heard. Mr. Ross tried to cheer them up by saying, "Oh, come on. This will be fun, and you can pair up with someone."

Until Sam returned Julie's gaze, his eyes lighting up with excitement. He smiled and murmured, "Me and you?"

Julie agreed by nodding. "Alright," she said. Sam's face broke into a grin as he turned around, took her hand in his, and announced, "Mr. Ross, me and Julie will work on the project together."

Mr. Ross was unsurprised by this pairing and nodded thoughtfully. "Well, two always do the project together," he said, scanning the room. "However, since Aiden Whitt is not present today, I believe someone should accept him onto the team. Because there are only 19 students in the class, a group of three will be formed."

Julie raised her hand quickly. "Aiden will be in our group," she announced, her voice steady.

Mr. Ross wrote it down, saying, "Alright then. Sam and Julie Rogers... I'll make a note that Aiden is in your group. Make sure you both inform him."

Sam was excited, pumping his fist lightly in the air. "Yessir. We'll talk to him," he assured Mr. Ross. Julie nodded with a quiet "yes," but she didn't seem overly thrilled about it. Despite her reservations, she made an effort to seem positive, knowing that taking on Aiden would mean extra work.

As the class began to discuss potential project ideas, Julie's mind drifted back to the advertisement. The images of Walfield and the promise of adventures sparked a small flicker of excitement in her. Perhaps, she thought, this project might turn out to be interesting after all.
