When your friend disrespects your relationship.

You and Heeseung were in your shared apartment, nestled in the comfort of your bedroom. Snuggled up together on the bed, Heeseung's arm wrapped around you, you found solace in each other's presence. He scrolled through his phone while you lost yourself in the pages of a book.

Suddenly, the ring of your phone interrupted the tranquility of the moment. You gently placed Heeseung's hand back on his lap, eliciting a chuckle from him, and he pecked your shoulder before you rose to answer the call. Scrolling through the text messages, you discovered that two of your friends, Kila and Rina, were planning to visit.

"Heeseung, it's Kila and Rina. They're coming over," you informed him as you returned to the room.

Heeseung nodded, offering a warm smile. "That's cool. Should I stay in here while you guys catch up?"

You nodded in agreement, appreciating his consideration. "That would be nice. Thanks."

After a quick wash and change into a casual outfit, you rejoined Heeseung in the bedroom. He twirled you playfully, complimenting your attire, but you shrugged it off, mentioning that it was just his hoodie and a pair of shorts.

A knock on the door signaled the arrival of your friends. As they settled in, conversation flowed easily, filled with laughter and catching up on recent events.

Then, Kila turned her attention to Heeseung.

"So, where's Heeseung?" Kila asked, her tone laced with curiosity.

You felt a pang of discomfort, knowing Kila's interest in Heeseung, fueled by his fame, and her jealousy towards you. Nevertheless, you replied calmly, "He's in the bedroom. He prefers to have some quiet time."

Kila raised an eyebrow. "Why don't you invite him to join us?"

You hesitated, feeling uneasy about the situation. "He's busy with some stuff. I don't want to disturb him."

Kila crossed her arms, her tone turning accusatory. "Oh, come on. You always keep him away from other girls. Are you scared he might cheat on you?"

Your heart clenched at her words, but you remained composed. "I trust Heeseung completely. I know he wouldn't do that to me. And if he did, then he wouldn't be the person I fell in love with."

Rina intervened, her voice firm. "Kila, that's enough. You're being rude."

But Kila brushed it off with a scoff. "He doesn't deserve a plain girl like you anyway."

After bidding farewell to your friends, you sat alone on the couch, nibbling on a piece of chocolate as you pondered Kila's hurtful words. Suddenly, Heeseung emerged from the bedroom, his expression gentle as he approached you.

"I heard what Kila said," he said softly, wrapping his arms around you. "You don't deserve to be treated like that. You're amazing, and I love you just the way you are."

You leaned into his embrace, seeking comfort in his warmth. "It's nothing, Heeseung. Just Kila being Kila."

Heeseung pulled back slightly, meeting your gaze with a serious expression. "Don't lie to me, Y/N. I know it hurt you. You don't have to pretend like it didn't."

Tears welled up in your eyes, touched by his understanding. "I just... I don't know why she would say those things."

Heeseung wiped away a stray tear, his thumb brushing gently against your cheek. "Some people are just insecure, and they try to bring others down to make themselves feel better. But you, you're strong and kind-hearted. Don't let her words get to you."

You took a shaky breath, finding solace in his words. "Thank you, Heeseung. I don't know what I would do without you."

Heeseung smiled softly, pressing a tender kiss to your forehead. "You'll never have to find out. I'm here for you, always."

With Heeseung by your side, you felt a sense of reassurance wash over you. Whatever challenges may come your way, you knew that together, you could overcome them.
