EVIE'S P.O.V

We were screaming to our death then after some more screaming, we noticed that we weren't falling into the water.

"Look!"

"It's magic!" I exclaimed.
"Hey." Mal called the driver and the driver looked at her through the mirror.
"Does this remote open the magical barrier?" She asked him.

"No, that opens my garage," he then pulled out a golden remote and showed it to us, "This opens the barrier and this," He pressed a button that closed the window between him and us.
"Nasty, I like that guy." Mal said turning back.

"Y/N?! Y/n are you okay??" Jay asked her. We noticed that she was hyperventilating with her ears covered and her eyes closed.

"Y/n, don't worry okay." I told her as I took her hands off her ears.
"Yeah, just breath. Deep breaths, in and out." Mal said to y/n who was still hyperventilating.
Jay opened the window to let some fresh air in and Carlos made calming circles on her back with his fingers.
"Y/n please open your eyes. Can you do that for us?" Jay asked her and she slowly opened them and she had tears in her eyes.

"Okay Y/n, say 5 things you can see." Carlos said to her.

After seconds of silence, she began to talk.
"Uh... water, sky... limo, bridge, clouds." She said.

"Great, now tell us 4 things you can touch." Mal told her.

"Uh, candy, my lap... Evie's hand... my bag."She said.

"Good. Tell us 3 things you can smell." Jay told her and after a small moment, she complied.
" the limo smell... the brown stuff we ate and I can smell the water from here." She said.
"Huh, that has never happened to us before." I said.

"Probably because we have been stuck in the isle for our whole lives." Mal said to us.
"Anyway, tell us 2 things you can hear." I asked y/n.

"Well, you guys obviously," she chuckled a bit and continued, " and the... the sound of people cheering and music playing. It's kind of faint." She told us.
"It could be coming from the Auradon." Jay said and turned to y/n, "now tell us what you can taste."
"I don't think I have much options here, I keep repeating them... the brown stuff." She told us.

"Take a few deep breaths." Carlos said. We all looked at her as she did exactly that.

"How are you feeling?" I asked while putting my hand on my shoulder.
"Actually... I feel fine. Yeah, I am. It really helped. What was that?" She asked while whipping her tear filled face.
"That was a panic attack." Mal said to her and we all nodded in agreement.

"A panic attack? Oh hell... I'm glad that I got you guys with me. I've never had one before and it feels very scary. I felt like I was going to die and it really takes so much energy out of you." She said with a small smile.

"Just rest a little, it happens and don't worry, we got your back." Jay said and I leaned back to rest.
"Definitely!" I exclaimed.
"Of course." Carlos said.
"We're in this together." Mal told her.

"Thanks guys... one more thing, please don't tell anyone anything there... we shouldn't show any weakness at Auradon. As much as the place is filled with goody softies, we wouldn't want to hear any rumors and let them cause us to break." She told us.
"Don't worry, we won't let that happen." Jay said to her and she thanked us. She then closed her eyes to take a short nap. After everything, she deserves it.
After some minutes later, the music and chanting got louder and I noticed Jay and Carlos fighting over something blue.

"Guys!" I whisper-yelled
They both stopped and looked at me.
"She's trying to sleep!" I whispered while pointing at her... she changed her position from facing the guys to facing Mal and I.
