BEEP BEEP BEEP SLAM!
"Bloody alarm clock," Evara muttered to herself as she got up. She slowly pulled herself out of her bed, before making her way to the bathroom. She then took her toothbrush, and paste, but when she squeezed the toothpaste, it went onto the mirror in front of her.
She then looked at her reflection which stared back at her. Her hair was a mess, and the small acne near her ear had popped. "OH COME ON!" she exclaimed when she saw that.
She removed the paste off the mirror, before brushing her teeth in frustration. She then grabbed her towel and a fresh pair of clothes, before going to shower.
She couldn't shake off the exhilaration of her late-night chat with Shubman Gill, the Indian cricket sensation who had unwittingly become the centre of her universe.
As she sipped her morning coffee, her mind buzzed with thoughts of Shubman and their hilarious conversation from the night before. She replayed their messages in her head, reliving each moment with a mixture of excitement and disbelief.
But amidst the chaos of her emotions, Evara knew she had to keep a level head. After all, she was a Hollywood actress with a reputation to uphold, and she couldn't afford to let her crush distract her from her career goals.
With a determined sigh, Evara pushed aside her thoughts of Shubman and focused on her busy schedule for the day. She had auditions to attend, meetings to conduct, and scripts to review – all of which required her undivided attention and commitment.
But try as she might, Shubman's charming smile and witty remarks kept creeping back into her mind, refusing to be ignored. She found herself stealing glances at her phone, hoping for a message from him, even though she knew it was unlikely.
Meanwhile, Shubman woke up with a smile on his face, the memory of his late-night chat with Evara still fresh in his mind. He couldn't believe he had spent nearly two hours talking to her, completely unaware of her celebrity status.
As he went about his morning routine, Shubman found himself eagerly checking his phone, hoping to find a message from Evara. But to his disappointment, there was nothing – no trace of their lively conversation from the night before.
