We sat on the roof, watching the rain drops fall harder and harder.

"What if I jumped off?" I said with a laugh, Love looked at me, shaking her head.

"I'd jump down after" My head whipped to her.

"You're insane" I said and she laughed.

I laughed too, but I knew under the laughs, there was a 100 percent chance she'd do it.

Same like there was a 90 percent chance I actually jump.

If we were sat here, earlier in this year.

I wouldn't even had say something, I'd just do it.

I wanted Love to live though, and I knew if I did it there's no way she'd stay behind.

She still has her life ahead of her, I have nothing.

Nothing at all, well except her.

The reason why I'm still alive anyway.

She knew that, and just like her if she were to kill herself I wouldn't waste time before I do.

It's crazy that we're holding onto each other, like a bridge.

If the one side breaks the other side is holding onto nothing so it falls too.

It's funny how we're both at the edge but know we won't fall without each other.

It's fucked up, my life literally hanging on by a thread but I won't kill myself before she does.

We both are scared to die.

We both don't want the other to die so we keep onto each other.

She keeps me up and I keep her up.

Will we be able to do this forever?

Either we will or either we won't.

The rain stopped a bit, and Love moved closer to me.

"You make me wanna live" she says, pulling me out of my head.

"You make me wanna live too" I tell her as she lays her head on my shoulder.

I wrap my arms around her, holding her close as the darkness recedes, and we step into the light together.
