I have no inspiration to write, and I've been so so busy (truly sorry!), But after the way we all were absolutely GAGGED after london night three, I got a sudden burst of inspo so heres a little story inspired by it! enjoy and leave requests!

April, 2024

It was another one of those peaceful Tuesdays that Taylor and Travis looked forward to given their busy schedules. Their day was somewhat uneventful, yet it was times like this that would often bring the most joy and beautiful memories.

Travis had gotten up early in the morning to record an episode of his podcast with his brother Jason. New Heights had brought so many new opportunities into his life, specifically the love of his life, and while he wouldn't be near where he was today without it, he subtly cursed Jason and his crew's schedule on the east coast that caused him to wake up at an ungodly hour. He knows he can't really blame them. He was three hours behind in Los Angeles. Jason had three daughters and couldn't wait until noon his time to accommodate Travis. So he understood (and would hopefully understand better in the future.)

Taylor, who occasionally would tag along, opted to stay home and sleep in a bit, not wanting to wake up at five in the morning. Despite being on break from tour, she still kept busy, being tired out from rehearsals three days a week for the upcoming Europe leg of the tour. She had to push herself more considering there was a whole new set being added with The Tortured Poets Department, and rest was important in between.

Taylor woke to soft paws on her face, seeing Benji plopped right on top of her meowing for attention. It wasn't early by any means, almost ten in the morning, but after a full day of work yesterday, she wouldn't mind a few extra minutes of sleep.

Benji mewed again, moving up more and rolling around, causing Taylor to fully wake up. She groaned, gently grabbing Benjamin and sitting up, petting the cat. She sat on the bed for a moment, legs dangling from the side, collecting herself before she walked into the kitchen.

"Look baby, Daddy already fed you this morning!" Taylor said to the cat, placing him down in front of his food. "You're sisters seemed to understand bud" Benji looked up at her, his big blue eyes pleading to her for attention, and maybe some treats. Taylor sighed, a smile on her face. "You know I can't say no to you, little one." giving him some treats and a final pet, she walked into the bathroom to get ready for the day.

Tonight was her final recording session with Jack and Aaron, along with some editors and her music staff to finalize the release of Tortured Poets. It was set to come out in a few weeks, and this was their final look over before they were to send it out to start producing products like CDs and vinyls, as well as have it ready for their label to release. Taylor was excited, she had worked on this album for years. While she had gone through a lot and felt a wide variety of emotions during it, she wouldn't have traded anything for the way she is now. The meeting wasn't until five, so she wasn't getting dressed yet, just cleaning up but staying in her pajamas.

She wore an oversized white shirt (one of the many she's stolen from Travis) and some pajama shorts. Her hair was all over the place, her curls a mess due to showering the night before and not drying it before bed. She washed her face and did skin care, attempting to comb out the fly aways in her hair, along with some oil to help it stay under control. It was around then when she heard the front door open, signaling the return of her love.

After recording, Travis picked up lunch from their favorite sandwich shop in LA, and stopped at the store as well to get Taylor some flowers and then some snacks for later. LA wasn't as good privacy wise as Kansas City, but not nearly as bad as New York. There were some paps from a distance, and fans that said hello in passing, but he got in and out with no trouble or too much noise.
