Pablo's POV

I woke up at around nine without Lucia next to me. Sleepy but confused, I got up, quickly brushed my teeth and made my way downstairs to look for my girlfriend.

„What are you doing?" I asked with a grimace, seeing her doing yoga on a mat in our living room.

„Yoga?" She replied with a grin but kept on doing her thing.

„Yeah but why?" I walked into the kitchen, seeing she hadn't had her coffee yet so made one for me and one for her too.

With the cups I went over to her, placing them down and gave her a kiss onto her head in the meantime.

„My physiotherapist Maria told me yoga is a good way to start a match day."

„Are you nervous?" I asked her, knowing she could get quite anxious before games.

„Not really, more excited than nervous." Lu smiled, taking a sip from her coffee. She got up and sat on my lap to embrace me in a tight hug.

„Good morning by the way." She mumbled and buried her face in my neck.

„Good morning baby." I rubbed her back, laughing slightly at how sleepy she still looked.

„You coming today?" Lu then asked shyer, as if I didn't tell her a thousand times I'd come watch with Pedri.

„I told you already a hundred times, of course I come!" I laughed, playing with her hair.

„How long do your parents stay in Barcelona? I already forgot." Lucia's parents visited from Madrid to watch her game and stayed for the next days.

„Three days. Ah! could you pick them up from the airport? I need to go in an hour." Lu gave me an exaggerated smile, as if she had to persuade me.

„As if I wouldn't pick them up!" I gasped, acting hurt.

„I know you would pick them up if I'd asked you, but I had to check in, you forget things sometimes..." She trailed off, a sly smile plastered across her face.

„When was I forgetful?"

„Hmm let me think... I had to drive to the airport to get you your passport, you forgot your cleats twice during the months we were together and you forgot Aurora's birthday present at home. Don't tell me you aren't forgetful." I laughed along with her. Sadly she was right, I did forget a lot of things.

I started tickling her and laid her down on the couch, still not stopping with my tickle-assault.

Lu screeched in laughter, kicking her feet into the air, trying to stop me.

„Stop! Stop! Please! You're not forgetful!" Tears already rolled down her cheeks so I decided to stop, not wanting to tire her out too much before her important game.

„You're an idiot." Lu whispered, her gaze shifting from my one eye to the other. She then grabbed the back of my neck, pulling me down into a deep kiss.

„A hot idiot, right?" I grinned and riled her up even more.

„Oh shut it."

„You lovebirds make me sick." Pedri sighed once he sat in my car. I guess he must've seen my outfit for today. I was wearing one of Lucia's jerseys, our white away shirt as the libero wears another color than the other players. The number five was printed across my back with my girlfriend's name on top of it.

„C'mon I thought it was going great with your girl?" The last time Pedri talked to me about girls, he told me he had been seeing someone for some weeks but I wasn't up to date anymore.
