𝗜 𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬 searching through the multiple romance books at target. Mostly, the romance books had people on them, which I hate.

I suddenly feel the books I had get knocked out of my hand. I gasped, but looked up at the person.

"I am so sorry!" He cried out, quickly picking up the books. fuck. that's Jack Champion. That's Jack Champion. I thought again, fixing my hair in response to my mind.

I smiled brightly to Jack. "It's fine, really. I wasn't really going to get those anyways." I mumbled the end as it was a lie. I couldn't tell what he thought based on his face.

"can I have your number?" Jack asks. My breath hitches. He immediately saw it, and just looks down. I couldn't tell if he was smirking or not?

"uhm sure, it's __________" I replied giving it to him. I noticed his confused state, and added some stuff along. "do I need to write it down?"
I stuttered a bit while saying that, trying to stay calm.

"i'll just write it in my notes app." He replies, getting his phone out. I put my hand on his, stopping him.

"No, it's fine. I have a piece of paper anyway." I said getting it out. I digged through my tote bag, and finally found it along with a pen. I write it down and gave it to him.

"thanks." He stopped. "I'll see you around." He said walking away with a smirk. My hand clasped my mouth once he walked away. I could pull.

WHEN I WAS posing with a fan, I noticed a girl not so far away. Her hair was in a bun, and had a tote bag. I couldn't see her face, but could tell she was pretty. "Thanks for posing with us!" A fan gushed. I nodded and smiled.

"Of course. My pleasure." I replied. Once they were gone, I inched closer to the vinyl section. What should I do to get her attention? I thought.

For a few minutes, I thought of all the possible ways I could. Walk over to the book section, start a conversation, I don't know!

I finally came up with just bumping into her. I would get to talk to her anyway, which would be a reward.

I let out a sigh and started to walk over. I did it. "I am so sorry!" I let out acting surprised. I didn't know if she could read my expression or not.

Suddenly, she fixed her hair and looked up with a smile. "It's fine, really. I wasn't even going to get those anyway." The lie was a bad one, but I looked down smirking.

"Can I have your number?" I asked. Stupid jack. I suddenly rethought of why I would ask that.

"Sure it's _________" My eyebrows furrowed. I cannot memorize things for shit. "do I need to write it down?" She asks a bit concerned, which explained her stuttering.

"I'll just write it in my notes app." I said brightly, getting my phone out. Suddenly, a cold hand stopped me.

"No, its fine. I have a piece of paper." She replied, taking her hand away from mine, and into her tote bag. I looked away, with my face flushed.

The paper was handed to me with a smile. "Thanks." I replied with a smirk. "I'll see you around." I said before walking away. Well that was something.
