Ties of love || TAEJIN

Letters

A small town, with not a huge number of people but it's full of happiness and joy. Source one may ask, it's none other then Choi Seokjin who is cracking dad jokes and making the whole crowd of people laugh.
As in a whole crowd including kids, middle aged people, older ones are all surrounded around him. More than his dad jokes, people were more fascinated by his beauty, coz even though his jokes were not funny, to just see the beautiful lad smile would make their day, thats the only reason why the market always be crowded.

" What would you call a bear without teeth" Seokjin asked.

Several murmurings were heard, Seokjin glanced at them with an excited gaze. But soon they gazed at Seokjin wanting to know the answer. He gave them a bright smile and was going to say the answer when all of a sudden he felt a pull on his pants. He glanced down to see a kid looking at him innocently.

" Hy-yn s-ay fa-ast" The small kid who might be about the age of three of four asked. Without any second thought he got down to the same level as the kid and said,

" It's a gummy bear" The kid was silent for a second making Seokjin think he has made the lamest joke but soon the kid burst into fit of laughter. Making the whole crowd of people join the kid too. Seokjin just smile looking at him.

" Li-te m-me?" The kid asked between his laughter.

" Yes just like you" saying that he pinched the younger's cheek. He then checked his pants pocket, and smiled when he found the thing he was looking for. He reached for the little kids hand

" A bear for a bear" the kid glanced at his hand to see a gummy bear. He hugged the older and kissed his cheeks
" Tha-ank y-ou" The boy was all happy and ran to his mother, hugging her knees and narrating her the interaction which took place between him and Seokjin. How excited the little boy was when he showed his mother the gummy bear which Seokjin gave. How his mother listened to him attentively. And how hand in hand both made their way home.

Seokjin smiled seeing their interaction. How he wished he could also have the bond with his aunt. He has never known in his life how a mother's love actually feels. He sighed, why was he thinking those things again, he is happy right. Happy to make people smile.

" Seokjin ah!!!" A yell from someone made him snap out from his thoughts.

He looked there to see Yoongi one of his friend panting, his face having a look of horror. He took the shopping bag from the shop and bowed to the crowd, excusing himself he made his way to his friend.

" What happened??" Seokjin asked with a look of concern.

Taking a deep breathe, Yoongi said, " The letters Seokjin"

Seokjin eyes widened at what he just heard, " No no it can't happen" he couldn't even listen to yoongi anymore and ran towards his home all tensed.

" Jin wait!!!" Yoongi following behind him.

Reaching home what he saw just, he wanted nothing but the floor to suck him up. There were several letters scattered on the floor. His brother having a sorry look on his face. His aunt looking at him with disgust and anguish and his uncle who loved and treasured him so much just had a look of disbelief.

" I-I can explain" he said, but was cut off by his uncle.

" There is nothing left to explain Seokjin" it was his uncle who spoke.

" Uncl-le" Seokjin's voice cracked.

" You are going to get married soon" saying that he walked out from there, making his way to the nearby church.

" Now I know why you take so much time to do shopping from the market"

" Aunty it's not like that" Seokjin protested but it just led to some harsh words to come out from his aunt's mouth.
