𝙵𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 𝙻𝚘𝚟𝚎

My whole family is in the hospital room, including April, who is not there in person but via FaceTime, everyone is talking at the same time. Paddy looks like he's going to faint at any second and I swear I could hear him praying.
Isaiah and April are talking to me, but I can't really listen because I'm still in a wave of pain.
"Okay, call us as soon as you have your baby," April says and blows me a kiss.
I hang up after blowing her a kiss too and look at my mom.
"I'm scared, Mom," I whisper.
"You don't have to be, honey," she says gently and strokes my head.
"You'll be fine, honey," Dad says and kisses my head.
The doctor comes in and everyone goes out except Hayden and my mom.
"Okay, we're taking you to the delivery room now, Mrs. Christensen," says the doctor and when I wanted to correct her, she's already gone and two nurses came in.
I look at my mom, who is smiling, and Hayden, who is grinning at me, there's a gleam in his eyes, my cheeks heat up.
My family calls out to me that I can do it and that I don't need to be afraid. The nurses push my bed to take me to the delivery room.
"Wait," calls Briar Rose and holds out a bracelet to me, I take it. "This is supposed to bring you luck," she whispers.
I smile, give her a kiss on the cheek and pull the bracelet over my wrist. "Thank you, Briar Rose." She nods and goes back to my dad and my brothers, I smile at Hayden and take his hand. When we are in the delivery room, fear overcomes me and I wish the baby would just stay in my belly.
"The doctor will be here soon." says one of the nurses.
"Hey, sweet girl." says Hayden, I look at him and he bends down. "You will do it, I'm right here by your side."
I nod with tears in my eyes and kiss his mouth.
The doctor comes in and looks at my cervix again, she explains to me that the time has come and that I can push, I grab my mother's hand and Hayden's.
"No, no, no." I say and lean back. "I can't do this."
"You can do it, sweet girl." he whispers.
I push and push and hear the doctor say that she can already see the head.
"I'm going to kill you, Hayden." I say angrily. "You can't touch me anymore, ever again." I scream.
The next thing I hear is a scream that didn't come from me, but from my son, I watch as the doctor passes my baby on and she cleans him and then brings him to me.
"Congratulations Mom and Dad." says the nurse and gives me my son.
He is so tiny, his nose, his ears, everything about him is small, I stroke his cheek and nose with my fingers.

Everyone takes turns with the little boys, now Briar Rose is carrying him, who is sitting next to me in bed and looking at her little brother with so much love.
"Do you have a name yet?" asks Tom. Hayden and I thought about a few names, but I never told him what my real name was for our son. I know Hayden loved his role as Anakin Skywalker so much and when he told me he was playing Anakin again in Ahsoka he was so happy. So I decided to name him Anakin.
"Anakin." I say and look at Hayden.
"Really?" he asks and I nod my head. "Yes." I say.
He kisses me on the mouth and smiles at me. "That's a great name."
Anakin starts to cry. "I think he's hungry," says Briar Rose.
