It was known throughout Westeros that Princess Valaena I Targaryen-Stark , the second of her name was the only daughter of, Princess Alysanne Targaryen and Brandon Stark. She was unfortunately born where madness, war and betrayal filled the air in the red keep of Kingslanding.
In the year 283 AC, It was said that Princess Alysanne Targaryen and Brandon Stark's daughter were smuggled out of Kingslanding along with the Princess handmaiden by the last of the Targaryen loyalists. They quickly whisked them away to Dragonstone where she would meet up with the last living children of the mad king, so they could escape the fate of those that possessed the blood of the dragon.
Most of their childhood while living across the narrow sea, they spent running from city to city to escape from assassins that were sent by the usurper in fear that one day they would reclaim their family's throne.
Princess Valaena I Targaryen- Stark was often overlooked by the noble houses of Westeros they considered them weak and unworthy of the Targaryen and Stark name. The masters made sure that she was only a footnote in the histories of the Targaryen and Stark families tree.
