"Y-you... what?"

Lilly's voice sounded nervous and shaky.

Jimin got even closer, their breaths mingling together.

"I mean it, Lilly. Stay forever. With me. And with our friends"

Jimin's face was serious and determined but also full of desire.

Their bodies were only mere inches apart.

Shock and stump were shown on her face.

"I'm serious. Stay with me"

"I...... I....." Lilly didn't know what to do or say so she just blinked and looked down at the floor to avoid his burning gaze.

But Jimin placed a finger under her chin and lifted it up.

Her eyes widened.

"What-"

He cut her words.

"Lilly, I-"

Suddenly, something shot into the wall next to them, staying stuck in there.

An arrow.

Jimin's eyes widened in shock and he saw a movement in the forest.

He immediately grabbed Lilly, pulling her into the hotel corridor with him.

"What-" Lilly started when he pushed her against the wall and checking on her.

"Are you okay?" Jimin asked, his eyes still wide in shock and glowing red. His breathing was heavy.

"What the hell was that?" Lilly asked instead.

"I..... an arrow" he answered.

Her eyes grew wide.

"A.....an..... a-arrow?"

He nodded.

"W-why? Why was there an arrow?"

"I don't know " Jimin answered and placed his hands on her arms.

"But I'm sure, whoever shot the arrow, wanted to hit us. But he failed"

A quiet gasp was heard from Lilly and she covered her mouth with her palm.

She seemed to get extremely scared.

He couldn't help but lean forward and hug her tightly.

"Don't worry" he whispered.

"I'll protect you. No matter what or who the hell was there in the forest right now"

"Wait" Lilly suddenly said, her voice not having that anxious and scared tone anymore.

"Does that mean.... He... or she.... was there the whole time? During our run?"

Jimin's eyes grew wide in realization and concern about the others.

His jaw dropped.

"Yea probably" he managed to say.

"Come on. Let's get in our rooms. We have to check on the others"

He grabbed her arms gently, pulling her towards the door in a protective manner.
