I woke up with Kates head on my chest. She was basically on me. I use my powers to slowly pick her up. I slide away and carefully set her down on the bed. I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth, I grab a hairbrush from my book bag and comb out my hair. I hear rustling on the bed and when I go to check what was happening I see Kate hugging a pillow. I smile to myself and walk up to her. I shake her leg a bit so she can get up.

"Don't wake me up like that." She groans. I roll my eyes and climb on the bed. I lay down next to her and kiss her lips before getting back up. "That's better, thank you." She says smiling at me. "You're very welcome, my love." She gets up and goes to the bathroom. I sit on the bed and pull out my journal. I'm not writing anything specific, so you don't have to worry.

"Hey... I was thinking, what are the Avengers going to do with Alison." Kate asks. Damn I haven't even thought about them. "I don't know... I think they might train her. Maybe give her a weapon like Hawkeye." I say trying to tease her. Her head pops out from the bathroom with her toothbrush in her mouth. "You don't really think she will be the new Hawkeye, right?" She asks.

"Of course, not." I reassure her. "But they are going to train her with something, maybe a katana or hand to hand combat. But no one can match you, Katie." She smiles and sticks her head back in the bathroom.

I open the car door and get in. Kate hasn't even told me where we are going now. She told me it will help me with my connection to the book. It was a 5 hour long drive. I did hear her on the phone when she was getting gas. I wonder who that was, and no I am not jealous. She can talk to anyone she wants. If it is about business, anything else is cheating. Sorry I don't make the rules.

She eventually parked in front of a cemetery. I look over at her, "Where are we?" I ask. She looks out her window and points at a certain gravestone.  "That grave..." I couldn't see whose grave that was but I knew it had to do with someone I know. She unlocks the car and gets out, I follow her movements. We walk to the grave and I finally see who it is.

Wanda Django Maximoff

Daughter, Sister, 'Mother', Avenger

It hit me hard, especially the 'Mother' part. I knew how much she loved her kids, and seeing her loose them for the first time was hard for her. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I sit beside her grave and stare at it. I feel a tear drop. I look down trying not to let myself cry. Kate kneels down next to me and hugs me. "Just let it out, Irma." I finally start to cry.

After about 10 minutes, I look at Kate. "Did I tell you the story on how we became so close?" I ask Kate. She shakes her head. "It was right after her brother died. I became depressed because the Hulk left and I thought that if I was there I could've stopped him. I mean I calmed him down all the time. I knew the Hulk would never hurt children especially the child of someone Bruce liked. So I just locked myself in my room for weeks. My mom would bring in food but I would only eat a little bit. One day, Wanda came in my room with a surprise. It was a baby turtle. She knew how much I loved turtle and decided to get me one. I was so happy, I finally got out of my room to show everyone. I decided to name it Pierto, after her brother. She was surprised yet so happy for me. We took care of it together. It drew us closer."

I looked at Wanda's grave and move some of the leaves on top of it. "What happened to the turtle?" Kate asks. "I took it after the fight against Cap and Iron Man, but after Thanos, Wanda and basically everyone disappeared I couldn't take care of it anymore. So I gave it to Tony, He gave it to his daughter Morgan and he will forever stay with her." I say with sad smile. Kate gets up and extends her hand to pick me up.

"I do thank you for bring me here, but why are we really here?" I ask Kate. She puts her hands in her pocket and looked right into my eyes. "I was wondering if you can maybe... take some of her memories. Maybe she had or knew something that can break the connection." I sigh and look away. I run my hands through my hair and look back at her. "I don't know Kate. First of all its an invasion of privacy and second i don't even think i can take any memories, she's been gone for a long time."

Kate walks up to me and takes my hands into hers. "Wanda would want you to at least try." I sigh again and think. I move back and signal Kate to move back too. I extend my hands out, close my eyes and breathe in, "recedere memorias" I whisper. Red smoke comes out from under the dirt once it reaches my hands it turns purple. I gasp open my eyes, which turn purple. Memories go through my head. Her time at hydra, her brothers death, fighting against iron mans team, fighting thanos, Vision, her kids playing around the house... The book. I stop my magic and fall to the ground.

Kate quickly goes to pick me up. I look at her and frown. She tilts her head. "There is nothing about my connection to the book. I can't do it." I start to cry. Kate holds me close and rubs my back. "Its going to be okay, my love. we will find a way. I promise."
