Chapter I: Meet Yuki

*~3rd POV~*

"It isn't nice to judge!" Sakura pointed a finger at Naruto. He jumped back.

"Hey! It's not my fault anyway," he yelled at her. Regardless, he liked her. As they bickered, Sasuke and Kakashi-sensei were watching. Sasuke loudly exhaled.

"What troubles you?" Kakashi-sensei asked Sasuke.

"Huh? Well, uh..." Sasuke hesitated.

"You can tell me," Kakashi-sensei replied.

"It's just... I just... sense something. Yeah, sense. That sounds right..."

"Oh? What does this sense tell you?"

"That I'm not alone."

"Of course you're not," Kakashi-sensei laughed.

"Not like that, Kakashi, like... oh, I don't know, clan-alone..." Sasuke paused for a moment. "I don't understand it. Please help me," he looked up to Kakashi. Kakashi-sensei nodded.

"I will do my best," and he ruffled Sasuke's hair, which made Sasuke smile.

WHOOSH...

"W-what was that?!" Naruto stuttered. Sakura clenched her fists and looked to Sasuke for protection. Sasuke payed no attention to her while he looked around to find the source of the noise. Kakashi-sensei seemed as calm as a leaf.

WHOOSH...

"There it is again!" Sakura yelled.

"Wh-who's there?!" Naruto posed a fighting position. They were both facing the opposite direction the noise was coming from. Sasuke was walking towards a certain group of bushes that made no movement.

"Anyone there?" Sasuke asked quietly. There was little movement. He readied himself for an attack.

"YAAAAA-HIYAH!" screeched a voice that jumped out of the bushes and past Sasuke, knocking him down.

"What the...?" He rubbed his head as he got up. The voice had gone across the way to another set of bushes. All that Sasuke saw of it was a blurry image of a teenage, probably 15, girl. Sasuke stood up and walked over to the other set of bushes. Naruto followed, while Sakura hid behind Sasuke, who shooed her off.

"Please... come out," Sasuke said quietly.

"Y-yeah... C-c-come out..." Naruto said. Sasuke shushed him.

"Be quieter," Sasuke told him.

"There. Better?" Naruto was whispering now. Sasuke smirked and shook his head.

"What do you want?" hissed out of the bushes. Naruto flinched.

"We want to see you," Sasuke replied quietly. Naruto nudged him.

"What now, Naruto?"

"Try to coax her out with your talk-to-girls-talk," Naruto suggested. Sasuke rolled his eyes.

"Fine, but you owe me," Sasuke told Naruto, who smiled. "Come out, pretty girl..." Sasuke said sweetly into the bushes. His face was right above the bushes. An instant later his face was slapped. He screamed in pain. And just like that, there was the girl, laughing like this was all a huge prank.

"Gotcha good, didn't I?!" She laughed on the ground. Sasuke looked at her and stared. He automatically didn't like her. But even though he didn't see her face before she slapped it (just a blurry image), he hadn't thought that what he said... was true. She was very pretty. Especially when she was laughing. Sasuke tried not to go all dreamy-faced. All of a sudden, Naruto started laughing too.

"She got you!" Naruto was cracking himself up. Kakashi-sensei stepped out from the tree he was leaning on.

"Yuki," he said sternly. The girl looked back.

"Want anything? 'Cause I'm not sellin' nothing," she replied. Kakashi walked up to her.

"Yuki," he said again.

"I said I ain't selling anything, old man!" Yuki was more aggressive.

"...My word, how much you've grown since the last time I saw you!" Kakashi embraced Yuki. His one visible eye shed a tear. Yuki hugged him back.

"Honestly, what is going on?" Sasuke asked, holding his face. Yuki laughed.

"Oh, yeah. Sorry, kid," she said accordingly. Sasuke's jaw dropped. 'Kid'? What was wrong with this girl?

"Look, I don't know who the heck you think you are, but you don't slap me anymore. Get it?"

"Yeah, yeah... sure," Yuki replied.

"Mark my words, you'll get it good--"

"When?"

"When you least expect it."

"I expect the best from you."

"That's what you'll get, don't worry."

That's what went down. It was a battle.
