Chapter 5: Did Yn steal the drugs?

Jungkook grabbed her by her shoulders and pinned against the nearest wall, and said while gritting his teeth,

"Don't act innocent Yn."

But from afar, someone was taking pictures of them without their knowledge. Then the person made a call and said,

"Miss Alice just as you instructed, I've taken the photos."

Alice replied with a smirk,

"Alright, your payment will be delivered send me the photos."

Then she hang up.

At Jeon mansion

Mr. Jeon received a call from Alice. He answered and said with a straight face,

"Ah, Alice, I was just about to call you. Tell me, when should we schedule Jungkook and Chiara's engagement?"

Alice replied with a low and sad voice,

"Mr. Jeon, if you didn't want to go through with this deal, you could have simply declined instead of calling me over and insulting me."

Mr. Jeon was confused and asked,

"What are you talking about? Just get to the point."

Alice then explained everything that happened at the penthouse. Mr. Jeon responded firmly,

"Let me talk to Jungkook and find out the real reason behind this."

Alice quickly replied,

"I already know the reason is a girl, and if this continues then,I guess Jungkook will not listen to you anymore."

Mr. Jeon was surprised to hear that and asked,

"What are you saying? Jungkook stays away from all this kind of stuff"

Alice insisted with a confident voice,

"If you don't trust me, I've sent you photos. Take a look."

With that, she hung up, leaving Mr. Jeon seething with anger after seeing the photos and listening to Alice. He immediately called Jungkook.

Meanwhile at the hospital

Jungkook punched the wall hard and suddenly grabbed Yn by the throat his grip was firm and harsh,

"Stop this bullshit, Yn! Tell me why the fuck are you making me do-"

Before he could finish, his phone started ringing, but he ignored it and tightened his grip on her throat and choked her, Yn was trying to get out of his grip but it was impossible. But suddenly, Taehyung's voice came from behind, shouting,

"Jungkook, stop! What are you doing?"

Jungkook shouted back,

"Stay out of this!"

Taehyung quickly removed his grip from Yn's throat and said with a serious look on his face,

"Are you insane? Look at her. Your handprints are on her neck."

Taehyung then tried to calm Yn down who was coughing continuously and then he asked if she is alright. She, barely able to speak, just nodded and pointed towards Jimin, who was rushing towards them,

"Here, Jungkook, it's your dad calling. He sounds furious. Looks like he found out about the drugs."

Jungkook passed a deadly look to Yn and asked furiously,

"What should I tell Dad now?"

Yn struggled to speak and said in low voice,

"I've been saying the same thing all along and I'm saying it now: I didn't steal your drugs. You've misunderstood."
