I and Tranika had just finished our work at the site and are heading back to Tranika's place. As I drove, I noticed Tranika's phone ring. She answered it, and I could see the distress on her face as she listened to whoever was on the other end. My curiosity and concern got the better of me.

"Is everything alright?" I asked, trying to keep my tone gentle.

She shook her head, her voice urgent. "Mr chaudary, I need you to drop me off at a specific location."

We drove in silence until we reached NEER NGO, an organization Tranika had founded four years ago. As we stepped out of the car, the sounds of children playing filled the air. Tranika immediately headed towards the caretaker, Chaya, who was holding a crying baby.

Tranika took the baby from Chaya, and I watched in amazement as she miraculously calmed the infant. Everyone around us seemed in awe of her.

"What happened to the baby's parents?" she asked Chaya, her voice steady but with a sharp edge.

Chaya's reply was grim. "The baby was found in a nearby dumpster."

I saw the fury flash in Tranika's eyes. "I'll handle this matter legally. For now, we will take care of the baby."

She fed the baby and put her to sleep with such tenderness. I was struck by her strength and compassion, qualities she seemed to conceal behind her tough exterior. Once the baby was asleep, Tranika went outside and sat on a bench in the dark. I followed her, sitting beside her and offering silent support as she seemed lost in thoughts about her past.

After a while, I broke the silence. "You okay, Ms. Rajvansh?"

"Hmm," she murmured, still staring into the darkness.

I tried to lighten the mood. "Then why are you sitting here and not bossing around people? It is so unlike you."

"I'm not bossy," she retorted, a hint of a smile playing at the corners of her mouth.

I smirked. "If it helps you sleep at night."

She shot me a sideways glance. "Has anyone ever told you that you are annoying?"

"Nobody dares to. I am Adhiraj Singh Chaudhary. I can erase people's existence in a span of a second," I declared, my voice a mix of pride and jest.

She chuckled softly. "Then let me be the first to tell you, you are annoying, Mr. Chaudhary."

We both smiled, a shared moment of levity breaking through the tension. Tranika never let anyone cross her walls, but today she let me do just that. I couldn't quite understand how she felt so comfortable with me, how my presence seemed to ease the turmoil inside her.

"You know, you don't have to be strong all the time. It's okay to let someone in," I said, my eyes softening as I looked at her.

She sighed, brushing off her feelings as she looked up at the night sky. "It's not that easy, Mr Chaudary."
