(Y/N)

Whilst I was changing, my cat walked up to me and started meowing at me, just then i had a great idea. I undid my tight bun and made my hair into a more comfortable style and put on my shoes before jogging out quickly to Suzuki's car.

I got near to his rolled down window and he looked furious. His jaw was clenched, his eyebrows were furrowed and he held tightly onto the steering wheel so much so that the veins in his hands became more prominent. Honestly, I was a bit scared "Suzuki..?" I softly asked as to not provoke him and he seemingly snapped out of his trance and his eyes immediately softened.

He let go of the steering wheel and his baby blue eyes met with mine "Oh, (Y/N) have you finished?" He asked whilst maintaining eye contact "Not yet, but I want to show you something! C'mon" I playfully smiled. Suzuki raised his eyebrow in confusion and cautiously got out of the vehicle. I don't know why I was so trusting towards him, it was bothering me. I showed him where I lived and now I'm letting him into my house whilst I'm alone.

For some weird reason, he didn't feel dangerous or standoffish in any way shape or form. I needed to be careful, I knew that but for some reason Suzuki was an exception. I took off my shoes before entering the house and Suzuki did the same. "I'll be right back, make yourself comfortable!" I said before quickly making my way to my room. Suzuki nodded and sat on the couch, patiently waiting for me.

In my room, I picked my feline companion up and made my way towards the living room where Suzuki sat. "Look who I brought!" I smiled brightly and Suzuki's eyebrows raised in suprise. "Her name's Anastasia but you can call her Stacy" I said as I sat down next to Suzuki, he curiously and cautiously looked at Stacy with weary eyes.

I was afraid Stacy wouldn't like him because she didn't like most people but suprisingly Suzuki raised his hand to pet her and she immediately raised her head deeper into his hand and purred. I smiled brightly at Suzuki "Oh my gosh! She likes you, usually she never really likes anyone" Suzuki's eyes met mine and he softly smiled.

He should really smile more, his smile is gorgeous.

Stacy got onto Suzuki's lap and almost immediately fell asleep. Suzuki kept petting the asleep cat on his lap. I slowly got up as to not wake her "Do want anything to drink? There's soda, juice, water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa" Suzuki thought for a moment "Coffee, please" I nodded and headed to the kitchen. I could see Suzuki from the kitchen, smiling softly whilst petting Stacy on his lap.

I turned and glanced out the window to see that it was raining. I made Suzuki coffee and made myself some (F/H/B) and set it down on my coffee table in the living room, Suzuki thanked me before i went to my room to change into something more comfortable because it was clear we couldn't go anywhere in this weather, which I was actually kind of glad about.

After I put on some warm slippers and when to the living room.  I sat down expecting it to be awkward but Suzuki spoke up "(Y/N), I'm going to ask you something and I want you to be honest with me" He held firm eye contact with me, before I even knew what the question was my heart immediately dropped. The anticipation made my leg bounce up and down. He spoke again and after hearing what he said my heart sank into my stomach.

"What's actually happening with you at the studio? I mean the writing on your notebook, I think it also has something to do with why you were crying that night"

It was so sudden and I knew he was onto me.

I wanted to lie, shrug it off and change the subject but I feel like he would know if i was telling the truth or not. I sighed "There's these girls at my studio..." I started off, I didn't want to look at Suzuki because I felt embarrassed. He didn't say anything "I'm really good at ballet considering I've been doing it as soon as I learnt how to walk and I put in a lot of work considering that I love what I do" I let out a small smile, reminiscing about my childhood and my immense love for my occupation.

Suzuki didn't say anything once again but I knew he was listening "And because of that I get a lot of leading roles and at first the girls were genuinely happy for me. That's when I started at that studio which was quite a while ago" I sighed once again, picking up my beverage to take a sip of it to collect my thoughts and choosing how to word my sentence "But after a while they got irritated I think because they stopped talking to me and borderline ignored my existence until a rumour started circulating"

I didn't want to paint the girls at the studio as bad people because they could all be heavily misguided and under the impression that the rumour has truth behind it and if I heard that about another dancer I'd also feel some resentment due to the unfair circumstances but considering the rumours aren't even true in the slightest, I don't know how to prove myself because most of them could be under the impression that there's no smoke without a fire (sorry if this saying is confusing, it's usually said about gossip and how all gossip has some truth behind it :3)

"What's the rumour?" Suzuki curiously asked. I just wanted to crawl into a pit and disappear because the rumour in and of itself was embarrassing but having to actually having to say it out loud was overkill. I could feel my cheeks warming up "The rumour was that I...did things with our ballet teacher in order to get me roles, which is completely false I would never do that but according to them it's true" I shrugged my shoulders almost to say I already accepted the fact that I couldn't do anything to prove I've never done that.

I finally had the courage to look up at Suzuki and he looked absolutely livid. I was confused as to why he looked so angry, but shrugged it off. "When's your next ballet practice?" He casually asked, finishing the last bit of coffee he still had left. The question was so random "Next week monday" Suzuki nodded "Can I pick you up?" My eyes widened and I nodded quickly. Suzuki looked at his watch "Oh, it's late I have to go...Bye (Y/N)" I walked him to the door and waved him goodbye. I closed the door but before I could even walk to my door I heard a knock. It was Suzuki returning my phone that I forgot in his car. I barely noticed I didn't have it but I still thanked him.

I sighed "What a long day" I put mine and Suzuki's cup in the sink before laying down on my bed and almost immediately falling asleep
