• In which everyone has clockparts in replace of hearts. Yes, they're all human, but they all have powers and magic. And have clockparts in their brain.

• Only a few clockmakers exist. Most have been executed in 'The Revolution of the Clock Alibi'.

• The world itself is like the BSD Light Novel: 55 Minutes. So imagine Standard Island just the whole world.

• Nobody remembers what happened other what is left of the clockmakers. The clockmakers themselves either turned away from their dark past or hide from the masses, lurking in alleyways, and do one of two things, or both -  turn into clock doctors or turn into dollmakers.

• Now, Dollmakers are people who have the power to turn empty dolls into lively humans. Sure, the creations range from cute to humanoid to straight up weird, they won't get arrested unless they use their power to harm others.

• As I said, nobody remembers what the Earth used to look like, nor does anybody remember anything before the change. They say before the revolution and just before the change, a clockmaker kidnapped and created slaves from humans. That then started 'The Hunger of the Clocks'.
