Aarohi Birla/Goenka: 24 years old.
Pursing her MS in Neurology from AIIMS Delhi. Divorcee/ Widow of Neil Birla. Working in Sanjeevni Hospital Delhi.

Aryan Singh Rathore: 28 years old.
CEO of Rathore Enterprises. Founder of ASR Groups of Industries. Loves his family alot.

Rohit Singh Rathore (30 years old)
Heart surgeon & Sonakshi Singh Rathore (26 years old) TV actress.

Aarav Singh Rathore(1 year old): Son of Rohit and Sonakshi. Bundle of joy for Rathores.

Raghvendra Singh Rathore (52 years old):
MD of Rathore Enterprises and investor in Sanjeevni Hospital. Father of Rohit and Aryan.

Tapasya Singh Rathore(50 years old): Owner of Sanjeevni Hospital. Share holder of Rathore Enterprises. Mother of Rohit and Aryan. Wife of Raghvendra Singh Rathore. Best friend of Sirat Shekhawat and because of her a renowned doctor.

Late Neil Birla(26 years old): Husband of Aarohi.

Abhimanyu Birla(30 years)and Akshara Birla (26 years old).

The story will proceed after the death of Neil but there are some changes.

1) Neil and Aarohi's marriage was done without any problem(no broken engagement of Nerohi).

2) No Abhira seperation track.

3) Aarohi was never suspended and she only did her six months internship in Birla Hospital after that she moved to Delhi for her master's.

4) Neil and Aarohi both were in Delhi for 1 year and 6 months. Neil was there due to the opening of Birla Hospital's new branch in Delhi and they came back for their marriage.

5) After 1 month of their marriage Akshara found some legal papers in Aarohi's cupboard and thought it to be Property papers but it wasn't and what was that it will be revealed later. Because of that matter Neil and Arohi have signed divorce but after the revelation of pregnancy they didn't proceed further.

6) The pregnancy track was the same  only difference is that when Aarohi came to know that she was really pregnant she told only Neil and they decided to give their marriage a chance and decided to inform the family about everything in the evening but before that Neil was dead and he can't tell anyone.

7) Everyone knew that Abhira's one baby is alive so no one blamed Akshara for Neil's death.

8) After the last rites of Neil Abhimanyu disclosed to everyone about Aarohi's fake pregnancy and Birla's threw her out of their house because they have signed the divorce and the Goenka's also broken all their ties with Aarohi.

9) Aarohi came back to Delhi after the break of 1.5 months as there was her holidays for one month and then she had applied for leave.

10) Rathore's belongs to the Royal family of Rajasthan.
