I felt her arms wrap around me, enveloping me with a nice warmth. There was a gentle tickle as she did, I could feel the small fuzz of hairs on her arm. I felt a smile creep on my face, and could only image the one on hers.

She pressed herself up against me, i felt her laughter as a soft rumble on the back of my neck. Her breath was warm, her voice soothing. She was holding onto me tight, it was a feeling I didn't want to go away.

Without warning she effortlessly lifted me into bed with her. We tumbled into the sheets together, she landed on top of me .

She looked at me, her face a bit blurry but i could see the mischievousness on her face.

She sat herself up on top of me by her knees. I watched as her hands caressed my body. Starting at my face and moving downward. I felt my heart flutter as she pulled up my dress, exposing me.

I covered myself with my hands and she moved them out of the way and smirked at me. I felt my face flush.

I felt her touch again, this time on my bare thighs as she spread them apart.

She spared no time teasing me with kisses across my body, her mouth everywhere expected where I wanted them.

Her hands traveled up to my bra. She reached behind me and clipped them off. Her fingers traced the outline of my breast. A soft sigh left my lips, wanting more.

She cupped them and I felt as her thumb run over my nipples, sending sparks throughout my body. She started to massage them, her touch more exciting than I imagined.

After a bit, her hands traveled back down. I felt as they slipped under my fabric, her finger's exploring everything I had to offer.

I could tell I was wetter than I had every been and she was only playing with the outside. I begged for her to go in.

Knock knock knock

"Kali!" I yelled out, i felt myself race up in my bed. I frantically looked around the room, my heart racing. I looked next to me in bed... no one there.

It was just a dream

I started to feel my face turn red, my mind started racing. We only spent a little time together last night, had that really... Where had that come from... i thought.

"Are you alright my queen" a guard yelled out from the other side of my door.

"We heard sounds, are you in danger?" They yelled again.

"I- i am fine, everything is fine, stand down" I told them.

"Standing down.. My queen it is also considerably later than you exit your quarters.. the meeting with Prince Leo is in an hour, shall I cancel the meeting?" The guard asked.

Meeting? What meeting... that meeting. I had completely forgotten about it after leaving her room.
Kali.... i didnt have time to think of this!

"My Queen?..."

"Ah- no do not cancel, I will be ready soon" i answered.

I struggled to get out of bed. The actions in my dreams plaguing my mind and replaying at every moment.

As I finally got ready the images left my mind finally focusing on the issue at hand.. my brother.

He had waited for me in my room after last night with her , to tell me he scheduled a meeting with me in the grand chambers to talk about it. I felt my blood boil as I thought of the topic, but calmed myself. I made my way through the halls, he was smart to do this in the grand chamber. Somewhere I wouldn't be able to choke him out.

The guards opened the large silver doors for me. I was faced with a long black stained glass table, the moons light shone through, illuminating the room. The chandelier above deflected the light and put a spotlight on the table, the seats filled with the council and high order, along with my brother readily awaiting to start the meeting. Leo was seated in the throne seat, with the seat next to his empty.. a seat I didn't want to sit in at the moment.

They were talking among themselves, the word "werewolf" coming out more than any other word. I hadn't expected them to already know before I was able to speak. This had all happened to quickly, and I had expected to at-least talk to my brother before this.

"I wish to speak to my brother alone at this time" I share with the room.

They all nodded and exited the room, leaving just me and my brother.

"Sister, I know you don't appreciate this but its for the-"

"SILENCE" I cut him off, my voice echoing in the grand chambers.

"You told me this was my decision, you would let me do as I please, and yet you turn around and fight her without my say. Knowing i'd been to busy to check on her for the past week. Not only do you do this, but you speak to the council about it, and now I must reveal what I know before it is fully explored." I was fumming, screaming at him from across the table.

"Cassy, Im sorry. I couldn't allow you to pass up this opportunity for our community because of your emotions again." He says apologetically, getting up and out of his seat and approaching me.

He struck a nerve with me,

"Again! Maze is not some slave to the people who treat her as less than! I was not going to force her into labor for the whole community, she is more than that!" As I spoke, my brain kept reminiscing on our night. Her head in my lap, her breathing, the warmth and calm I felt around her, enough to let myself fall around her. I don't want to lose this.

Leo interrupted my thoughts

"I get it, I see you care for her. And I've seen you when you care, you remember what happened last with A-"

"Do not say her name" i cut him off

"Im sorry Cassy, but it had to be done. There are concerns bigger than that of yours for the wolf. Now I don't want our relationship harmed by this, I'm sorry. I hate to go behind your back this way" he said softly, looking me in my eyes.

I could tell he was being genuine, but I couldn't overlook it, I stared right back into his with fury.

"You are the reason Ana died, you will not be the reason Kali is put in harms way. You have gone over me enough, remove yourself from this meeting" I snapped at him.

"Cassy, I called the meeting you know I can-"

"Your Queen, to you. You can and you will, that is an ORDER." I commanded.

Leo looked at me hurt... he had no right to.
He had opened his mouth, but didn't dare speak back. He saw himself out of the room. I told the guards to let our guest back in.

The council and High Order took their seats. I took mine as well the weight of the crown heavier than ever, and started the meeting.
